Please update and fix the following issues: 1. Always being sent to log in with SSO, and then having to verify with a text or phone call. Very annoying. 2. Not being able to look up rooms or staff duty in the mobile view. Always have to go to browser view (and even then it’s not always easily identifiable). 3.Student chronicles and comments now easy to read.
School name not showing up
I have received the invitation from school to start using this app for some features. But the app homepage is not recognising the school name when I enter it. Its working in browser.

Hi I love this but since one of the latest updates the “favourites updated” persistently comes up and I can’t get rid of it. Please fix it as it stops me from easily accessing the quick functions down the bottom such as calendar and leave attendance note etc..

The app literally lets your school spy on you and see your browser history like are students now a days not allowed any privacy plus my friend got taken out of class for searching up and I kid you not “what is the best Y level to find Dimond and netherite minecraft) and he searched that up while he was at home. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP IF YOU WANT TO BE SPIED ON
Useful but needs a desperate upgrade
I’m a student, my school is extremely strict with phone usage and you can get a detention just for opening your phone in your locker. This is very annoying when your just trying to check your next class and you have to, open your phone, find the app, wait for it to load which often takes a while- not to mention that the announcements almost never load- then you will be able to find your class. My idea is a lock screen or home screen widget that displays your next period based on the time listed, I’d be very grateful if the developers team took this idea into consideration.

Struggling with sending emails to my kids schools. Also can’t pay for school events. What is wrong? Can this be fixed please
Works well
My only complaint is the email notifications, an option to choose if you get them/turn them off and who is named on them would be great. There’s really no need for an email and a notification from the app.

I had a foot massage appointment that day, but this loser app made me miss my appointment! Because of the rigged schedule it gave me. To anyone considering to download this app. Please rethink your life choices, or else you will also miss your foot massage! #nyeahh. This is a zero rating! But since my foot massage lady gave me a discount for missing the appointment I’ll give it a one starrr! Nyeahhh

Hard to use
It’s not the worst school app, it dose have some useful features but it is just so hard to use.
Compass being an agent of chaos to my school attendance.
As a student, I despise how every single time I open the app it logs me out and sends me in a journey throughout my apps to log back in again. Numerous times my teachers have had a last time class change and the only way to know is through the app; as Compass logs me out and sends me to chrome to log in (even though it doesn't log in the app, just web), I then have to waste time in between periods to check for my class, making me arrive late to some classes. I plead with you guys to please fix this.

Can’t stand it
Constant updates that are achieving very little except delaying parents who have far to much to do already. Stalls. Hangs with no ability to go back, only shut down and start again. If my company app ran like this, we’d be out of business. Junk!
Very organised
I’ve used many school apps and this one is by far the most efficient. Everything you need to effectively communicate with the school is at your finger tips. There are nil excuses for missing an event or not being able to communicate with staff and teachers. It’s brilliant.

I’m getting tired of the app being down for maintenance right at the start of the school day when it matters most!! Get your act together guys!!! (Previous review deleted as developers had already fixed the issue, I just hadn’t updated) I’m a CRT using Central across two schools and the app has made things pretty straight forward. Easy roll marking. Great location for lesson plans (when teachers leave them). Invaluable tool in my position.

HATE NEW UPDATE
Ever since the latest update, I now have to sign in multiple times each day. Before I wouldn’t have to sign in each day, the app just opened. Such a waste of time now and so annoying. Please fix this.
No Sub
i like the app and all. Easy to use, good for mobile. But the one main problem for mobile is if i have a sub for a class, it wont let me check, only shows the normal teacher. Now this can be resolved by going into the web version but that is very tedious. If you could, could you make it a toggle feature to toggle on or off depending on preferences?
Always signs me out
Every time I go into the app it makes me sign in with my email and password. I simply don’t have time for this in school when I want to quickly check my timetable. Please fix as it’s very annoying and difficult to deal with. Stop it from signing me out every time. Thank you!

Please help me
Every time I try to log in with my MacBook and put in my school it says that it doesn’t work and to try again later, so then I do and it never works. The app just doesn’t work out for me and it is such a drag needing to go onto google, and then onto the website, and then logging in. I don’t know how to fix it and get it to finally work.

I have school tomorrow and I clicked the next day to get ready to put my books in my bag and then it glitched and put Thursday schedule into Wednesday schedule. I came to school with the Thursday books on Wednesday. The teacher yelled at me and now I have after school detention all thanks to this app.

I use this app as a student and I found nothing wrong with the app in general but I found the layout of the menu a little bit hard to use. That was the only thing I thought could be improved so overall I think it’s a great app

Please Add an Apple Watch App for Compass
As a student I’d love to see an Apple Watch app for Compass. It would make it much easier for students to quickly check their timetable and see what class they have next without needing to take out their phone. At my school, teachers often change classrooms, so I need to check Compass frequently throughout the day. However, students aren’t allowed to use their phones during school hours, which makes it difficult to quickly check for room changes or our next class. An Apple Watch app would allow students to discreetly view their timetable and classroom information without needing to use their phone. Having the timetable, room numbers, and any classroom changes available on Apple Watch would save time, help students get to the correct class faster, and make Compass even more useful during the school day. I think many students with an Apple Watch would really appreciate this feature. Thank you for considering my suggestion!
