Lagging
This app is not letting me log in
Awful
I can find my kids school and then I get a blank page every single time. No options, no text, nothing. Can’t complete my son’s high school application without naplan results which I cannot even access!
Could be better
I am a student and I have to sign in 4 times for it to work. My email my username and password then my email again then my username and password again. It had a n option to keep me signed in but it doesn’t work. If I am in a rush to see my classes this is useless.
Gave up on the app not even 1 hr of using it
Look, in terms of using the app (as a student here) after logging in, its the best but when you close the app to do something else it expects you to relog in and reselect your school which is annoying a bit, I understand if you’re a parent and you have kids in different schools but we should be given the option to stay logged in until we want to log out.Hopefully you can add this, if not i’ll just use my school’s web version (its way easier.) Thank you.

Worst app, time consuming
As a student this app is very time consuming as i have to log into 3 different pages just to see my timetable. Sometimes I’m i just don’t have time in the morning for this. -worst than the sentral website .
Extremely Difficult to Use
I’m a student and I find that having to log in 3 seperate times (two of which are the same) extremely annoying. The worst part for me however, is not being able to export my timetable to iCal. I used to be able to do it via my Dad’s phone which I also found strange but now neither of us can download it and it just goes to the code for the file. Its super annoying and frustrating when I want to have my timetable on my phone and see my classes before the start of the year. Additionally, as seen in other comments, the banner at the top that tells you to download the app when it’s already been downloaded? Super annoying. I also just want to mention the fact that the set up on a parent’s phone vs a student’s phone is different. This means that before the app became harder to use in recent times, my Dad was able to stay logged into both my account and my brother’s but I couldn’t? Can the developers please fix these issues, it would make the app so much easier to use and a lot better.
Signing in
I use this for school and when i go to check my timetable i have to login in through the app then because i use my school email it makes me do my computer login for some reason and then it makes me login with my email and finally works. all this just to see my timetable just for one day and i use it almost all the time. all of my friends dont seem to have the same problem so fix your app

Worst ever
Such a bad experience.
Not user friendly
I agree with some of these other low reviews but aside of that… SUPER ANNOYING that every time the app needs an update it kicks you out completely and doesn’t even remember your log in details. There is no option to pre fill or remember log in at all. Laboriously typing in email and password which I can’t even remember half the time is just ridiculous in this day and age, especially for something needed so regularly.

Unable to see my childs behaviour and i’m also not able to contact his teachers. I’ve deleted the app and relogged in but nothing seems to work

Doesn’t work
This stupid app doesn’t work at all my sons go to 2 different schools and recently I tried 2 times to pay for swimming lessons for my oldest son which I had enough money in my account to do so but it didn’t work I tried again with my youngest son with some upcoming things for his school and tried to put bank details in and it won’t let me put the full bsb number in and it won’t let me go far enough back to actually type the full number in! So frigging frustrating I now need to go into the school to pay as my youngest sons school doesn’t have an eftpos system. This app is so annoying! Please fix it.
Ages to get in
Good, but only once you get in. You have to find the school every time then log in every time. If you are a student using this you have to go through to portals through the DOE. It’s so annoying
Needs improvement
Trying to download my child’s school reports off sentral before the end of the year before it gets deleted and I now have the loading circle of doom every time I try to log in.
So incredibly irritating
I use this as a student and whenever I have to log in it makes me go through THREE whole sign in pages where I’m doing essentially the exact same thing. It never saves any of my login, even when I explicitly check the box to say I want it to. Upon logging in, there’s a big banner over where I can swap to see my information telling me to download the app, even though I clearly have it already!! This is right below the button the X out of the process, so, more often than not, I end up having to log in all over again—that’s SIX times I have to put in my same password and student log in!! I have no idea how you could make an app so horribly in-cohesive and time consuming.

The app has so many bugs. I can’t use it. So annoying

-It’s full of bugs. Can’t explain an absence. It gives error and stays “unexplained” -Chat section is disabled. -Resources section is disabled. -Interview section is disabled.

Sends you a sms so you login but the sms never comes. I guess not surprised considering all the other feedback.
