Points Credit issue
Since this new version was created, At least for the last 6 months, my account is not receiving points from any of my daily purchase from 7/11 despite having my bar code scanned. Please address ASAP.

App is not working!! Too bad I already deleted the old app. The points that I have now are the points from the old app. I used this new app 5 times already and no points were added to my account!

Points not updating for almost 2mos and 2upgrades now
Points aren’t updating as quickly as it used to, Cliqq, for almost 2 months and 2 upgrades including this latest, mid-July 2026. And there’s also still constant re-logging in. Any word or feedback on these is highly appreciated.
USELESS DEVELOPERS
Honestly, the CLiQQ app is an embarrassing piece of digital trash. The user interface is a joke, the indexing is utterly brain-dead, and the visual design looks like a pathetic beginner coding project. It's a bloated, laggy maze of redundant garbage designed to frustrate anyone who opens it. Purge the endless clutter, burn the useless Wi-Fi tab, and rip out every single unnecessary feature dragging the app down. Fix this complete disaster or admit it's beyond saving.
FIX THIS BUG!! The app’s not updating my points!
For the past 4 days of buying from 7/11 store, the app didnt update my transaction and points. Checking the my transaction history, its last update was June 26, and today is June 29. Why isn’t there any update of my points and also the transaction history??? It seems like my effort in presenting the app’s bar code to gather points is useless. Please fix this as I have been collecting points for a long time.
Always logging out
Whenever I go to use the app I have been logged out so I need to type the number, wait for an OTP, and input it log back in. Just authenticate me with biometrics and don’t sign me out like that. So annoying
