Disappointing Pre-Order Experience
I made a pre-order at Abenson and was informed that the item would arrive within 2–4 weeks. It has now been more than a month, but the item still has not arrived. What was more disappointing was when I requested to cancel the order because the stated waiting period had already passed. I was told that cancellation is not allowed and that I simply have to continue waiting for the item. I understand that pre-orders can sometimes experience delays, but customers should be given clear and reasonable options when the promised/estimated delivery period has already been exceeded. If the store cannot provide the item within the timeframe given at the time of purchase, customers should at least be allowed to discuss cancellation and refund options. I hope Abenson can improve its handling of delayed pre-orders and provide clearer policies to customers before accepting payment. This experience has been frustrating and has made me reconsider placing another pre-order with the store.

Never ending Timeout Ending Error. Tried updating , uninstalling and reinstalling but nk go.
Kept Logging Out
Why is it that whenever i am trying to do verification it keeps getting logged out and saying timed out???? When I just signed in ?????? I will change the review when this gets resolved

WEB AND APP AUTO LOGS OUT YOUR ACCOUNT SO WHATEVER IN YOUR CART ALWAYS DISAPPEARS AND NEED TO LOOK FOR THAT SPECIFIC APPLIANCE AGAIN.

I already signed up however every time I try to submit my complete details it always says session expired and needs to re-login. I also tried logging in to my desktop for me to continue finishing my account but my email address or phone number is invalid.

I was trying to checkout online some appliances but the app redirects me to its web version, then you need to login again but the website does not recognize my mobile number and email used in the app. Stupid app and web developers!!!

No Order Details
The App is Useless, di ma track anong status na ng order mo. You need to relog-in sa website or sa Tracker ng Website para makita. What’s the purpose of the App kung walang ganun? Ano lang Display lang sa Phone? Battery Eater lang kung di rin makita sa app ang Orders mo.
Engineers, fix your app. Your work is embarrassing.
The mobile app needs serious improvement. Whenever I click on a product, it opens the web version instead of showing it within the app. Then I have to log in all over again. What’s the point of a mobile app if it just redirects me to a browser? Another issue: when I tap the heart icon to add something to my wishlist, it instantly takes me to the wishlist page. And after clicking “Done,” it throws me back to the main homepage, so I have to start my browsing again. It’s really frustrating. To the engineers of this app- please take user experience seriously. This isn’t just a minor inconvenience, it’s something that actively discourages people from using the app. It’s surprising that this version of the app was released, considering how many basic issues it has. It’s hard to believe anyone reviewed this and said, ‘Yes, this is ready’ lol.

Puro update, wala naman upgrade! Sobrang late ng credit ng points. Yun swipe mo ng previous months to earn points wala naman na credit!
