Not Entirely Functional, But Great Overall
I want to use the app but it won’t even let me log in or sign up with my cell number. Hope it gets fixed. Edit: I can log in just fine as of September 2025.

when successfully logged in, it keeps logging out, or going back to login screen
Scan Receipt
Always an issue scanning receipts, have a point system instead of putting a cap on the points that can be earned annually.
Outdated info
Purpose of the app is to provide complete and updated info of the malls but a lot of new stores are not here. Include updating the app when opening new stores. Useless
Small fix for a smoother experience
The Zing app is convenient and user-friendly, especially for frequent mall goers and accessing promos. However, under the “Shop and Dine” section, it would be much more helpful if "Shop" and "Dine" merchants were separated into two categories. This would make browsing easier and improve the user experience, especially when looking for retail stores or dining options. Overall, it’s a great app, but this small change could make a big difference.
Your Zing…
You let me sign in, get 1 free parking and that’s it. You want to connect my gcash or credit card but is your website secure? I only get 1 voucher for parking and that’s it.
Doesn’t work
I can’t get past the log in page. Apparently doesn’t want me. I wish there was someone that could troubleshoot.
Digital Pet ID
Nice app. I just hope that you can come up with a digital pet ID just like in other malls instead of going to your mall to apply or renew with the needed requirements for a physical pet ID.
Button going back to main menu not working
From home screen, when you click Mall Guides >> Featured [See All], it brings up thr Featured page. However, once there, you cannot go back to the main page since the link [ < Ayala Mall ] isn’t working. Yoy have to close and restart the app just to get to the other page.
Useless App!
Good job securing your app. Now nobody can hack it because nobody can use it. Consider learning what the proper cellphone number in the Philippines looks like. 😓😡🤬

Scan recript
Why go yo the hassle of scanning our own receipt. Could the store not scan directly to Zing app to automatically enter the point? The scan receipt was not accessible when Ibyried it so many times. Please make a dryrun first b4 introducing such app.
Trash
Garbage. Won't let you register. Won't send verification sms. Abandonware
Error
I'm trying to access and registered on the app but keep on showing client is busy. Can you fix this immediately?
Does not work
Impossible to sign up. Always says invalid number when it’s not.
Please improve the receipt scanning function
I used to love this app. Now, it’s been such a hassle ever since they stopped automatically crediting points for purchases made with registered credit cards, especially since the receipt scanning function is a hit or miss. If you’ve already scanned a valid receipt but for some reason, the system deems it as invalid, e.g. the date convention used by the merchant’s POS is DD-MM-YYYY and a purchase made on June 2, 2024 is detected as February 6, 2024, not only will it tell you that the date is invalid for claiming, you can also no longer rescan the receipt because it’s already been “used”. Not to mention, if you do manage to get your receipt in, it takes such a looong time for the points to be credited. Shopping at other malls like Power Plant is a better experience since you’re guaranteed to get your points from all of your purchases from their Rockwellist loyalty program. It’s starting to feel like the Ayala Malls purposefully don’t want their shoppers to earn points 😂
Not user friendly and always getting error
This app is so unuser friendly, can’t get to where and what I want to check. Also I kept on getting an error, I just wanted to activate biometrics but I kept on getting error message.

I tried all of the possible ways to log in but its says that error log in . I have stable connection and my number but still error gosh there’s no help center too!!!

Difficult to Navigate
This app is so cluttered and disorganized that it’s difficult to find what you need. They’ve been advertising free parking vouchers but can’t find it in the all - that’s how disorganized this app is.
Unstable app
Points are missing. And can’t use parking voucher. Scanning receipts also very inconsistent. Sometimes it works, most of the time it doesn’t. Fix your app. Plenty of bugs. I hope my points come back!
