Scam
This app is a complete rip-off. I paid ₱2,500 for garbage discounts that barely save you anything. They calculate everything at regular price first before applying their so-called “discount.” The waitress told us using the app would make our bill cheaper, pero mas napamahal pa kami. What exactly did I pay ₱2,500 for? Absolute waste of money.
App has trouble loading
Had trouble using the app in an area with good connectivity. This is the second time that the app will not load properly; I’m unable to see and avail my perks due to it. I have good signal, wifi, and data and have tried in multiple places but it still doesn’t load.

The app is very useful for my BFF card. It is easy to use, convenient, and clearly shows my benefits and perks.
Needs improvement.
Always getting logged out for no apparent reason. Relies on mobile data but some restaurants have bad signal, as if we don’t know the reality of Metro Manila mobile telecoms coverage.
Rubbish
Everytime I go to load up any rewards it always says none available I paid an annually fee paid upfront to receive NO rewards is a scam. Always technical problems with the app so it’s absolutely useless
Buggy
This app is incredibly buggy and often makes getting your discount a gigantic pain.

The app has a clean user interface that is easy to understand and I have personally gotten only but the best out of it! :)
Rewards Tab Never-ending loading
I just purchased a new BFF card less than an hour ago. My internet connection is good because I’m at home and connected to our home Wi-Fi so I’m not dependent on my mobile data and yet every time I go to the Rewards tab I get nothing. Nothing displayed on the screen. It’s just loading. Please fix it urgently. This BFF card isn’t cheap.
The button when entering cellphone number is not working
I am here now in Fish & Co at Uptown Mall. But I wasn’t able to use my bff online card since it is not functioning

I am sitting in TRH Vermosa right now and the rewards page will not load. Blank screen, and that page is the entire product. I paid ₱2,500 for a discount to redeem each visit, and the one moment I need it, the app fails. Total rip off, and the reviews here show it happens to plenty of others.
Nice when it works
Its nice when it works but i cant even login my credentials. It is saying no internet connection, but how can it be so as i am watching a livestream at the same time

OTP not Working
I am experiencing a critical login issue with the app. Despite having a functional mobile network and receiving other SMS messages without issue, I am not receiving the OTP required to log in. Given that I have a ₱2,500 active paid subscription, I’m currently unable to access the benefits I’ve paid for. Please investigate this authentication error and resolve it as soon as possible.
Worth the purchase
I have always been a fan of the bistro group’s restaurants, having a digital bff card makes my dine in experience much more enjoyable and feel like a vip, thank you for this!!

Customers Should be Able to Choose The Delivery Branch
The delivery was automatically assigned using AI or whatever, selecting a branch which states was only 3 km away. However, the app failed to account for closed roads and closed subdivisions, forcing the driver to travel to 11km instead. Customers should have the option in the App to choose the delivery branch, just like with pickup, to avoid delayed deliveries and avoid hassle to the poor drivers.
