COMPLAINT
I am very unhappy with Go Rewards. It often fails to add the points I am due. I keep following up with the Service Centre to no avail. As of the time I am writing this, I have 4 receipts, 2 from the department store and 2 from the supermarket, the points of which have not yet been credited. What is wrong with your system??? This never happens with Caltex or Market Place. Why is it that the points are so low in Robinson’s Manila compared to Caltex or Market Place???
app update doesn’t show spend progress anymore
I prefer the older version where I can see my progress to reach the black tier. It’s very helpful to customers who really want to upgrade the membership. I hope you bring it back.

Another worst app
Can’t log in Ask to generate a passcode and gives an error that says “Cannot read properties of undefined (reading id” what does that even mean??? So frustrating

The app is easy to use and functional however it is missing a dark icon for dark mode
Log in issue
Every time I log in and set up my passcode it always has this undefined reading code error. Ever since I downloaded this app, I have never been able to log in.
Frustrating
You have to keep logging back into the app every few days. It doesn't support Face/TouchID so you have to log in manually with a password. It's so annoying to have to keep doing that at the store checkout while people queuing behind you have to wait. Also, many checkout scanners have problems reading the QR code and you need to increase the screen brightness to get it to work.

Foreign Numbers Not Supported
Can’t use foreign number (Japan) to create an account to use points, even though I travel to Philippines once a month and fly Cebu Pacific all the time.
A very helpful rewards app
It’s not complicated. You can earn through the QR. You can also link your gorewards debit card and earn on all purchases made on that card. Your choice.
Unable to Change Email Address
It’s either I don’t receive the verification code (even in spam folder!) or “This feature is not available…” when I was changing my email address. Also, that stupid chatbot and their so-called customer email crew don’t know how to deal with questions such as Cebu Pacific Rewards points not transferred to my Go Rewards account.

Just downloaded the app right now to link my gotyme go rewards card but the app says error every time. Can’t link the card and seems like I am pushed to create a new account.

Don’t waste your time
If your email has a character it won’t allow you to submit. If you are expecting to have your number verified and you don’t have a Philippines number- yea, good luck getting anything. The simple things just don’t work. I can’t imagine the other stuff. Disappointing waste of time.
Not working on my iPhone
Since the upgrade, the app keeps telling me I’m offline (I’m not!). All I can do is generate a CR code. Update! Erased the old app from my phone and reinstalled it. Now it works fine.

You go to sign up or type in your email/phone and it glitches off to the main screen. So annoying. App doesn’t work!!

Completely useless
It uses your phone number instead of a member number so if you change your phone number you lose all your points. It will only send the verification number to your old phone so there is no way to log in or have them send the verification to your email on file.

Awful and low rewards
This application is low-quality and unprofessional. I’ve used it for months now and regularly encounter bugs preventing me from collecting or redeeming rewards. The low reward value hardly justify the headache of using this app to collect them.

I missed a lot of points just because I have to access the apps and find my QR code which is always slow and inaccessible every time I pay in the counter . I don’t understand why they have to time the QR CODE . It’s faster to just present a card . I’m very disappointed
