Suporta lokal
So stoked when I learned that there’s a virtual race app like this one here in the Philippines! What I like about the app is the partnered advocacies that they do to support local and national causes as well. The interface will definitely improve over time, and I suggest that they prioritize that as well. As for the overall appeal, hands down a great app and motivation to work on a healthy lifestyle anytime, anywhere. I hope you’ll continue to have more races in the future!

UI needs improvement
I hope you make your app more appealing and less white user interface. Show our badges on our profiles as our bragging rights, and allow us to interact with other users we follow.

Needs Update!!
I don’t know if it is just me but whenever I am trying to check my followers list it keeps having errors. Also, I’m trying to follow some friends but it will not push through. So frustrating!!

Needs a major update
This app really needs a major update. Considering the years that it is present and the number of users, why is it still not improving? The badges being displayed are the not yet completed instead of the completed ones. I can't even add a trophy now. Plus the UI. Cmon. We're now in 2026!
It needs more UI Updates
The app sure does need more UI Updates since it is earning a lot of money from its users. Also, the badges earned which is supposed to be posted in user’s profile as a bragging rights in their profile page doesn’t show, it only shows the badges that are still in progress and you still have to click the View All button to see it. Isn’t it supposed to show the Earned badges first? Or is it just an ios issue. Anyways, the app is easy to use, it just crashes on ios and still needs more design upgrades to make it more enjoyable for the users.
Needs Update
This app really needs an update. There have been several bugs, and considering that many users have invested in it—and that the owner continues to earn from offering virtual runs—it is disappointing that the platform cannot keep up with the latest digital features. While the approval of requests is fast, the logging process takes significantly longer, making the experience inconsistent. At this point, it no longer feels worth the amount we are paying. I hope these concerns can be taken into serious consideration. Otherwise, I may need to stop using it next year.
Needs improvement
I agree — the UI needs improvement. The app also crashes when I try to connect to Strava.

Push Notifications
Suggest to have push notifications on joined races so as to remind and not to miss the deadline of the running event.

First day of my virtual run and the app always crash.
SEPARATE WEB AND STORE
Everytime I open the web and store just to check the store, the web part appears first and it kept on loading. I just want to go in the store but it won't let me.

Great app to encourage me to run and be fit. It's always updated with new events to keep me motivated. Plus there are discounts in the store if you are eligible. Good job, guys!

Cannot upload recent runs since Sunday. App keeps crashing in iOS.
Face Recog
Overall, it’s a good app and it would be great if face recog is integrated.

Love the “badge system” and I super appreciate that there are free runs to earn free badges and paid ones for medals and badges.

Running App with many potentials
It is impressive to have an app where you can register for virtual marathons and monitor your running activities. But I hope PinoyFitness would collaborate with Takbo.ph where the virtual runs organized by takbo.ph is also in here so we can have a one stop shop too. I know for Takbo.ph they have their own site to do this. But having an with collaboration of all the oragnizers of virtual marathons here or outside Ph would be way better. One more thing to improve on is the effort to log-in every time I use the app. Hoping to join more virtual marathons.

Just Fine. Lacks Upgrade
This app lacks competition for it to thrive to evolve. You can register for free event but payment is separately done. I can’t see who liked my photo but I can see who liked other photos. Seems like just a gallery wall but bo interaction. Lately posts are getting few or no likes. You might like to add progression reports and analytics.
I DISLIKE RUNNING
Running is not my first choice of cardio - I'd rather dance or skip a jumprope! But this app helped me enjoy running by motivating me to complete these 5k runs! This app allowed me to enjoy the benefits of running and your workout is not in vain cause you will get virtual badges, actual badges, runner shirts and discount on their items! Highly encourage you guys to download it 💕🙌🏻

When I try to upload a run for my VR, the app closes.

Need to update for ios as the app crashes everytime i try to do something on it like follow, check badges, almost cant do anything.

Good idea but bad errors
Had errors when uploading a run. Accidentally had 1 run uploaded 5 times. I'm having a hard time to delete wrong entries.

Can’t log in
I was hoping to join virtual runs.. I tried all options: log in with fb, google, forgot password, etc. But still can’t log in. Error window always pops up.

Dark Mode for iOS
There is a problem with the background and font if the phone is in dark mode. You can’t see the details since the background and font colors are the same.
App Crashing Automatic in iOS
I think you need to have timely update in this app as iOS updates. App automatically crashes everytime I check on other tabs such as calendar. Hence, hard for me to check on the run available. I can’t even join in the race using the app which I think should not be the case.

Uploaded Runs not showing
After the recent update of the app, I can only see the runs I have submitted in October for the PF Air 250k Virtual Challenge. Those I submitted for November is not showing. Before the update, everything was ok. Iphone 6S+ user here.
