Absolutely Amazing!
I use so many tools but Lovable is BY FAR my favorite when it comes to idea mapping. It’s more than a vibe coding tool, it’s an incredibly useful visual planner and builder that really helps bring ideas to life (and I’m not even using it to its fullest potential!!!!). Highly recommend!
Credits will drain you before you can launch the app
I was skeptical at first and then give it a try, at first everything is working fine I was able to see the prototype app I wanted to build but when I try to debug, fix some errors and not test it started to drain my credits from planning to building and fixing defects it's frustrating that this app has lots of potential but only focuses on money making, the business model should change from credits focus money making machine to being free to build anything the user wanted, for now giving it 1 star - just beware new users this is coming from my experience
Great app, minor issues
Love the app, it has helped me tremendously. The only issue I have is that after almost every new prompt I submit, I have to force close the app to get it to finish loading. It still works, but it can get annoying with the hang ups. Definitely would still recommend.
Coding
I’m using AI to help with recoding Loveable generic data but my project needs specific answers with questions that are relevant to the information it has been fed. It has been difficult as loveable reverts back to old habits of asking irrelevant & useless questions after information has already been supplied hmm

Just churns your tokens with no transparency
The MVP churn is real with the most recent raise, the foot is firmly on the gas pedal as they are getting a 26x revenue multiple on valuation and certainly want to preserve it. The moment the MVP churn and nickel/diming is truly recognized they will hit a down round and drop to a 6-10x and be hit hard. My biggest issue when I used them was credit transparency and drift.
Can’t change my email address
Great app over all! only issue is I can’t change my linked email address which is not ideal when trying to run a business.. please update this and will give you 5 stars❤️
Mobile and on mobile - spot price difference
Naughty naughty… Spot the difference … 50 Credits (Mobile Pro) £19.99 100 Credits (Mobile Pro) £39.99… — +50 Pro credits £15 +100 Pro credits £30 +150 Pro credits £45 - Top one - pop up in lovable app, other just via settings on same device… Oh just to avoid confusion - “Restore credits” = auto pay with any confirmation after “restoring” - if I wanted another amount or as may happen - I can’t or maybe I pressed to find out/ OR more likely, I pressed by accident… no confirmation check Little dark patterns emerging here 🤔😣
Chatbot is wasting my credits!
I do not appreciate the Loveable chatbot using up my credits unnecessarily: I press the stop button to stop the chat from initiating a build sequence, but it then resumes (like it’s overriding my choice to stop) and ends up using waisting more credits. It also throws in ridiculous changes to my project that I did not request and I end up having to waste even more credits restore what the chatbot compromised. These problems result in me having to purchase more credits. It feels very scam-like
Lovable is my favorite app!!
A company that my dad works for invested in Lovable. My dad told me about because I’m super into this stuff and I cannot stop using it!! I made a website to help my grandma navigate her phone, a free planner, and even an online board game!!! I am absolutely obsessed and I’m so happy that I found out about this. I’ve been making website after website and they all run perfectly smooth, have fantastic aesthetics and took 10 minutes tops to make. I can send very long detailed prints to lovable and within five minutes it follows the prompt exactly. The follow up questions are a very helpful feature that ensures my website is absolutely flawless. Thank you so much to the creators who made this app!!!
Freezes A LOT
I always have to restart the App coz it’s always freezing. At first I deleted all my files, thinking it was a space issue. (iPad OS)

This app is constantly crashing. It also utilizes credits during the crash that you ultimately lose during the process. Please initiate a fix.
Needs work
Constantly the app has issues with loading my project and then it reloads it and then it will finally work. Sometimes it goes to a white screen that just continues to load and load and load and it’s able to be replicated pretty easily. I’m also on the newest iPhone with the newest iOS update and the newest Lovable bill and it still does it. Other than that, the application has helped quite a bit..

Keeps freezing
The app keeps freezing after issuing 1-2 prompts. I have to force close and restart it. I’m on the latest version of the app. Other users are reporting the same. If this was fixed I’d give 5 stars.
Pricing is weird
Online the subscription is 22€ and in the app it's 44€ without any information why. I know about the app store fee Which is somewhere between 15-30%.

Most annoying when dealing with a subscription not only do I barely use the app anymore but when I want to cancel my subscription I have to wait 1 month so that they can keep charging my card so ANNOYING

More transparent pricing please!
On the free version, after you run out of your initial credits it prompts you to pay $39.99 to continue but does not tell you how many credits you’ll get for that ANYWHERE (if you Google it says it’s going to be 250). Turns out they give you 100. With the normal subscription pricing 100 is only $25. Not cool guys.

Lovable website is so good. I made a ton of video games and other stuff. The app sucks though. Whenever i log on, it just freezes and i cant tap anything. Help me pls bcs the app is not working and i dont appreciate how bad and horrible the app is. I like the website. I HATE THE APP.

Building apps with AI
I’m trying to create a business and I just wanted to express my gratitude for what this can create. It would be nice to have a little bit more added three features because of the business and concept really creates some kind of lift off or foundation or structure I would definitely be sure to add a substantial donation to Lovable for their efforts and help with cheating that goal. So far so good I would like to be able to use it a little further than a couple questions here and there maybe there’s a free subscription plan you can use like a monthly everything is unlimited to get people started and then incorporate commission based fees, perhaps but nothing so over the top substantial as a monthly subscription because for us small independent developers it’s a bit pricey, and we’re on a very tight budget, depending where we live cost of living and of course inflation. So with everything in mind, I would suggest this app to another Developer absolutely internally grateful however it would be nice to be able to use it for free for say two weeks to a month and then incorporate Maybe a commission base subscription service. Respectively, of course.

ich habe ein Problem mit eurer App. Beim Start erscheint ein Fenster mit dem Hinweis zur Privacy Policy („To build and update your project…“). Dieses Fenster lässt sich nicht schließen oder bestätigen. Dadurch kann ich die App nicht weiter benutzen.
Good but also bad!
Great at building what I want via prompting but app breaks down after every update which means I have to close the app entirely and reopen to see my changes! Which is of course a nightmare and taking more time to build than expected.

Not as expected…
I’ve been using Lovable for some time and genuinely love the desktop version, it runs flawlessly. However, the app version is a different story. It’s buggy, laggy, and occasionally won’t load at all. This happens even with a 1GB download and 1GB upload connection, which is frustrating. The mobile app really needs improvement to match the quality of the desktop experience. This app definitely wasn’t ready for public release.
Frustrating experience with task execution and credit usage
Lovable has a lot of potential, but the AI agent is becoming frustrating to use. It often fails to complete tasks as instructed while still consuming credits, and it feels like the AI cannot properly see or understand the current state of the website. I end up repeating the same instructions multiple times, wasting both time and money on credits without meaningful progress. The platform needs more reliable task execution and better contextual awareness.
