- Great for ADHD users
What they complain about
- Support is slow or nonexistent
- Annual subscription costs are high
- Fails on long meeting recordings
- No easy way to cancel
Fantastic
This really is a fantastic voice recording app. The translation feature is really accurate and the summaries are perfect. Exporting in PDF and a to-do list is just what you need for every day use.
Con
Do not get the free trial. I cancelled it on the day it kicked in and they will not issue a refund. It the first I’ve heard of this and there is no flex. The app did not deliver what it said it would and therefore is useless to me. It lacked the transcript functionality I needed and it claimed to provide. Avoid avoid avoid
Urge una versión para el Watch
La app funciona muy bien pero creo que el tener una versión para el Watch los haría muuucho mejores

Need apple watch app
Love this apps. It helps me during meeting in multi languages. Helps me summarize it and translate everything in english. But if we can have apps in watch, it would be awesome. So that i dont have to bring iphone to meeting
Lifesaver
Brilliant tool and highly accurate in capturing themes and meeting actions.
Lost a 4hr meeting record.
This app was great to start with but I used it to record a full meeting and the app had an issues downloading the audio and lost the whole transcript (and notes from the whole day). Have tried to contact customer service 4 times and complained to Apple but no reply until yesterday (2.5months later) when I was just told the issue I had wasn’t possible (despite not having access to the recording or transcript). There are much better note taking Ai apps out there who actually have decent customer service when something fails. Would not recommend.
Magical at first.
This is a great App. I first used the 7 day trial and was blown away by it. It didn’t take me long to subscribe for the year. However, now 4 months into my year I wish it had two things: 1) I wish it had an Apple Watch App. I don’t know if the limitation is the Watch requiring the iPhone to do all the heavy lifting but the number of times when I wished it had a Watch App when my phone was charging. 2) My requirement is seasonal. I use it for HR purposes and the App gets intensive use during certain times of the year and then goes through a period of 0% use. If there was a weekly/monthly subscription then it would make more sense and would prompt me to keep subscribing next year.

Valor da assinatura exorbitante
O app é muito bom, porém o valor da assinatura anual e semanal é muito elevado, impossibilitando continuar com a utilização.

This app is a game changer!
Poor support
I have been trying to get an issue resolved and I have emailed and not getting any response. Disappointing
How do you search notes?
The app works well. The only thing I do not manage to do is to find a search button to find past meeting notes (on the iPhone app)

Beware
Beware this app. As soon as the trial ends they charge for an annual subscription at the highest rate ie. $149.99. If this is a significant amount of money to you then beware and make sure you cancel the trial! Otherwise, the app works ok as a meeting record. “Summary AI meeting note taker” works better.
Outstanding
Initial investment is significant but the functionality is excellent
Not very good
Not Very Good
Easy peasy
Very accessible and easy to use
Continuous glitch
Good overall App however when trying to access some recordings, App glitches and closes, making some recordings inaccessible. Hope this gets fixed soon.
Warning- Read before you use
You must get permission from everyone in the meeting, before you use this, or any other app that records conversations at work. “Any recordings on hold by a business must be relevant to that business and only used by that business. Lastly, all individuals must informed that their conversations are being recorded and all businesses that store personal information have to be registered with the Data Protection Commissioner. Recording at work Sometimes employers like to take an audio recording of a meeting, finding it more efficient rather than someone taking hand-written notes of key points. If this is your preference, we would advise you to always obtain the employee’s consent before recording.”
Fantastic
A colleague at work recommended the app to me and it has been a game changer. It is almost 100% accurate, and as most reviewers have said it saves so much time in meetings. I am often in 2-4 meetings per day, and need to take notes to confirm actions etc to follow up. This app helps as I can concentrate on the meeting itself, ask good questions, take a couple of key notes / write next question knowing i can rely on the app to take all the key notes i will need to follow up in writing after the meeting with a letter. I like there is a summary of the meeting / To do - action points (although wish this could be transported too!) and the actual transcript as well as the recording. Well done guys, would be lost without this!
Doesn’t do refunds if you don’t cancel your trial

Great value for money
It’s great as a basic notetaker. Doesn’t try to match the names to the voices and the summary is sometimes a bit generic. But the price is good and does the job
No documentation, help file, tutorial files, etc. I paid 150$+ for one year and I still don’t know i

Falta de información
En la app no son claros los planes que se encuentran disponibles, mientras que en suscripciones de iPhone hay varias opciones pero tampoco es claro que beneficios o alcance tiene cada una de las opciones
This is great!
I use this for all meetings and it saves me a great deal of time. Its accuracy is excellent and usually only requires names spelling to be corrected.
Can’t get my transcript without pro
Based on what I had read I understood that I would be able to get a transcript for a certain number of minutes without pro however after a first recording of only 1hr15 I can’t access the transcript without pro. This is really disappointing

Pay for play
App is useless unless you pay.
Bugs and Errors
Why is my recording almost all gone?
Surprisingly good
This works very well and I have used it both for meetings to corroborate and enhance the existing minutes taken as well as for important phone calls so that I have a record in addition to my paper notes. I am very pleased with it.
‘There was an issue processing’
I’m getting this on several occasions where I can’t generate a summary or indeed get a transcript because there is a processing error. These are generally board meetings or important longer meetings that I really need this tool for. It’s happened on several occasions and there is nowhere I can see how to retrieve what’s recorded. I’m thinking of switching apps
Barra de buscador
Funciona bien pero no tiene una barra de buscador, es difícil encontrar una nota entre todas, organizar por carpetas no es suficiente
App Pago, nada gratuito
Aplicativo 100% pago….
Great when it works
Had some trouble with this app. It’ll go on pause and I’ll miss recordings or it can’t handle more than 19 minutes of conversation. Maybe my errors but I need things just to work. Got a nice response explaining why from the developer though. It is highly accurate when it works
This app is brilliant
This app is brilliant
No way to unsubscribe
I did a trail and have found no way to unsubscribe and have now been charged a full month, it feels like a con with no easy way to communicate
PDF function issue
If you export to pdf it cuts off some text. Wish it exported to ms word

Cue is honestly no better than Apple. I emailed your support because it’s the only contact option, got a generic bot reply, and then nothing. No follow-up, no help. If you’re quick to charge users, you should at least be quick to respond. The whole thing just feels greedy and careless.
Convenient but keeps deleting my notes
This is a good app for creating notes from audio. However, when asking the AI to organise certain information it may delete everything else.
Great for note taking in uni
Great tool to use while’s listening to 3 hour lectures and going back later and seeing nice clear summary of that class
SHOW PRICING!
Please please developers put pricing in the store ad, I hate downloading stuff and then seeing the prices. Will delete the app now.
One of the best apps I’ve bought!
One of the few apps I pay for, as it’s THAT useful! Just hit record for any meeting and let it work its magic. You can also add other voice recordings like voice notes and it will transcribe and summarise those too. Perfect for people like me who struggle with auditory processing and memory recall (ADHD). Only suggested improvement would be to add timestamps to transcripts (where possible) rather than just how far through the recording things were said.
No option to copy meetings notes outside the app
Totally frustrating
Great App BUT
I would love to give this app five stars however, it doesn’t perform well with long meetings, I would still recommend this app for everyone to use for short meetings but be mindful and keep your own notes for the longer ones. I’ve used this app for multiple meetings I’ve had that range from 30 mins to 1 1/2 hours, so I decided I would use this for one of my longer monthly meetings and it wasn’t able to generate a summary, Failing each time. My monthly meeting/training conference can range from 2-3 hours and this one went for a little longer just over 4 hours as there was some new starts and so on. I hope the developers are able to look into this and see the issue on why it is unable to summarise a longer session.
Amazing app
I strongly recommended it’s very useful 😊
RIP off :(
Unfortunately looking for too much without promise 😶🌫️🥺
Waste of money
Bought the app and tried it in a meeting, no notes generated and nothing. Contacted Apple and they refuse to help, provide a refund. Do not get this product Cheaper and better options out there. Update: the developer has addressed issue and so have Apple
