Fraudulent Billing
avoid this scam. I Attempted to use this garbage app once and agreed to a free trial. after being diseased, i canceled. i was still billed as a way to find out this cancellation did not work? yet all accounts showed it was. i have canceled several more times. after confirming cancellation, screenshots of dates etc. i am still being billed. A YEAR LATER. in a huge fight with paypal now. i have had an apple account for 18 years and i have never had a problem like its. avoid this scam.

Too many failed recordings
Recordings fail too often. Most recording over 20 mins seem to fail to transcribe and audio is lost once this process freezes.

Meeting
Steal money
They took my 10.99 and refuse to give it back apple went in to all my accounts to get it and won’t refund it. They steal money don’t use this app.
Great when it works!
This has been a complete life changer. I thoroughly love having it, except for when an upload times out. There appears to be no way to restart it. Presently there are two options: To continue uploading, or Cancel Upload and Delete the file. If the audio file is stored locally until transfer to the cloud server is complete, why can I not simply reset the app, return to the file and restart the upload again? I have lost many files due to this.
8 Failed Zoom Meetings
I have set it all up. It shows my zoom meetings in the calendar and but it doesn’t record them. I saw it in one meeting and then it disappeared.
Hmm
Kak saya tau memang harus langganan di app dan ada free trial tapi apakah etis jika durasi nya sudah hampir habis langsung nyedot uangnya dari e wallet langsung, subscription nya kan free jadi kalo masa trialnya udah habis yah diperingati dulu dong gabisa langsung tarik langsung kak😭😭, saya kasih anda bintang 3 karena app kalian bagus meski saya sendiri jarang menggunakan tapi tolong refund nya ga di approve sma apple!!

Professional use
It can be useful in the beginning of use and then just stopped producing transcripts and become useless despite paying for a year subscription. Very disappointing.
Buena herramienta pero falta mayor integración con chats online. Es cara.

App use
I have been trying to use the app for a couple of days. I got the free trial and I am getting charged for it weekly. The app is holding information and recording it, not properly updated it, and not assisting me in any matter for my day-to-day meetings for creating documents an summary.
Buena pero CON DETALLES IMPORTANTES
La suscripción no es para nada económica pero, al final del día, la transcripción es de buena calidad. El chat con IA NO SIRVE PARA NADA. NECESITAN CORREGIRLO.
Transcribing and Text
Excellent note taker, make my job look like play, but would love it to recognize my subscription across my devices when I log in
Terrible
I just downloaded it input a YouTube video then it said failed. I retried and it failed again. When I tried putting in a different video I reached my limit of one video. Note I didn’t pay for any subscriptions.
Só tem um defeito
Excelente pena q não pode copiar e colar
Suspensión de notas

Failed to upload note
I’am an Indonesian and i purchased this app just because the add appeared on my instagram acoount. Looks good at first trial on recording the meeting, but in after i always failed to upload the note and only avail to download it in mp3. What happens bruh? please fix it, add Bahasa Indonesia as a supported language. Thank you
My only administrative assistant
5 stars Super useful is my only administrative assistant for all levels of communications and deep searches
Problem with smart noter
App is great when it works but if you are recording and you get a text you lose the recording It’s happened to me several times I just can’t count on it to memorialize my meetings just going back to recording the meeting and typing notes Very frustrating
Mejorar el resumen
La aplicación en si funciona bien, pero los resúmenes que realiza son muy compactos, se agradecería incluir tipos de resumen (ampliado, ejecutivo, etc.)
Speakers not separated
I really enjoyed the previous version. However, this one hasn’t identified separate speakers and shows everyone as Speaker1
Need improvement
The result of translation from speech to text need improvement, there are so many misspelling
Amo la App. Love it!
De las mejores app de notas. Love it.
Good product - bad support
I like the product but have been trying to reset my login information. Unfortunately, the reset email was never received and support responded once and never to be heard from again. Send me a reset or provide a refund.
Bastante buena la aplicación
Me sirve para estudiar
Miss
They don’t respond to your emails. only record for 120 minutes. If is more than 120 minutes of the meeting it stop on 120, but will continue to record but you will only get up to 120 minutes
Ótimo mas falta ...
Falta integração com Apple watch. Tornaria o melhor produto do mercado
