It’s no joke when you suddenly feel deceived.
I do not recommend getting a website from Manus; it doesn't live up to expectations. There might be a system failure in the morning, and they won't be able to restore it themselves.

I really like this app. It's very helpful. However I don't get the whole credit thing. This is the first AI app that I've used that needs credits. If it wasn't for the credits I would give it a 5 out of 5.

They charge quite a bit and then will totally just destroy all your Task/Chats with them randomly. I’d highly suggest Base 44 or Lovable instead.

Manus switched from conversation/chat mode (whether due to a bug or by accident) to agent mode
We need to improve accessibility. In one of my conversations, where I was working within an ongoing scope, Manus suddenly exited Chat Mode/Conversation Mode, and the button to switch back to Conversation Mode was gone! For users who simply want to continue working within the scope of a conversation, accidentally leaving Chat/Conversation Mode—or being forced out of it because of a BUG—and then having no way to return is terrible. Please simply bring back the “Chat Mode” button in the iPhone app. If I leave Conversation/Chat Mode because of a BUG or by accident and want to switch back, I should be able to do so. This seriously disrupted my productivity. It’s absurd, especially because I don’t want to spend credits on tasks that are within the scope of a normal conversation and can be handled perfectly well by Conversation/Chat Mode. Please add a “Conversation/Chat Mode” button that allows users to switch back whenever Agent Mode is activated, whether accidentally or because of a bug. This is exactly what happened to me: I was in Conversation/Chat Mode, Agent Mode was activated—either accidentally or because of a bug—and once I was in Agent Mode, there was no way to switch back to Conversation/Chat Mode. Manus switched from conversation/chat mode (whether due to a bug or by accident) to agent mode. However, the “Conversation/Chat Mode” button no longer appears, so I can’t switch back to that mode to save credits, even on the paid plan! Terrible decision
They have the same zero support for issues and use the same AI that helps you to help you. Also they will pause your website and delete all your stuff randomly. Spent 20 hours built 2 different website just for them to delete everything again.

after working through some bugs at the beginning, I got the hang of it in between their very smart AI we built it pretty nice website. Now I just gotta go through this upgrade that they’re doing hopefully, we don’t lose everything.

Powerful yet completely and utterly frustrating and infuriating. Will purposely drain your token for you to buy more and more and more . Not by not being competent but by making small mistake (will be big enough to need fixing) that will require a full regeneration of whatever you need! And will probably make you a new different whole mistake. Using it for a month with a 100$/month subscription .

The manus app doesn’t actually read its own material, before it claims the work is done…the programming claims to apologize …but no actual fixes are ever done 50% of the time, leading over billing & the work never gets actually completed in a timely manner. Thus, the recipients of 10’s of 1000 criticize the app developer! See the problem!?!

I wish they would give me the best unlimited access because I can’t afford but. I love creating with manus and will tell everyone about it.
Support team = No support
If not the service down and restart this time I will trust manus as a reliable platform for most of my work. But the issue after restoration, especially the support experience, proves that it is still quite unreliable and only suitable for casual use. My biggest concern is the customer-service process. In the support chat, different representatives repeatedly joined the conversation and asked the same questions that I had already answered. Rather than reviewing the prior chat history or taking ownership of the issue, each new person appeared to restart the process from the beginning. This created unnecessary delays and required me to explain the same restoration problem multiple times. More importantly, the conversations did not lead to a meaningful resolution. I did not receive a clear explanation of what went wrong, a practical recovery plan, or reliable follow-up on the issue. When a service interruption or restoration problem affects someone’s work, support should be coordinated, informed, and accountable—not a repeating cycle of handoffs and duplicated questions.

良いと思うが
お金がかかり過ぎる。他の人も言ってるけど、出来ました、と言って出来てない場合が多々あってそれを修正するのにまたクレジットがかかる、の繰り返し。もう少し考えて欲しい。中々構想が進まない。

I love the app but…
The app is great ! The only thing is the way tokens are handled. First of all, it gets used really quickly. Then the daily credit is not enough to anything meaningful in terms of quantity and quality. And then in the case I would want to purchase more I can only upgrade to the next plan. I would rather pay for an amount of tokens instead.

Restoration is a mess
When manus deleted everyone's accounts they made the restoration process different for different people. This caused you to get locked out of you didn't restore the correct way for your user type but they didn't actually tell you what account type you had. This requires support to manually delete you account so you can attempt again and wait times are extended because everyone is doing the same thing. Such a mess. Could have been handled better.

Credits are arbitrary.
I do believe this system has great capability, but I think people need to understand how many credits you need to do any task. 20,000 credit sounds like a town, but it gets nothing done. This system is great and powerful. However, you will need to spend more than you think. Probably double. My major frustration is that credit skin wasted very easily and they do not get credited back to you. There is a process for refund, but it is also arbitrary and not guaranteed. At least from my business the light mode is not very capable so I need to work in the higher levels which also use more credits.

اشتركت لمدة شهر 8000 نقطة تم استخدامها كاملة ولكن لم يتم الإرسال الرصيد اليومي اللي هي 300 نقطة لمدة أسبوع كامل المشكلة لم تحل. عند التواصل معهم اتضح أن هناك خلل سوف يتم مراجعته ولكن لم يتم حل المشكلة حتى الان.
