Não tem ou não consegui achar para fazer o cancelamento, abaixei o app, no pc e até por navegador, nada. Único jeito foi bloqueado o cartão para não fazer a cobrança automática. Nem a própria IA conseguiu me ajudar.

Love it but it’s expensive as in token usage, I like how Claude and ChatGPT gives token refreshers or vouchers, it be nice to see that kind of kick back occasionally on abacus especially for people how have had there subscriptions for a while.
CEO Crazy
Solid because you get all LLM. Latency and speed is slow, interface is okay, but CEO is legit nuts. Like trying to be Steve Jobs. For everyday user, others interfaces are just fine. Maybe wannabe perplexity?
Lost conversation
My entire conversation was lost mid-project, which required me to recap agent and start over. This made continuing impossible because agent took things in an entirely new direction.

Not at all better than a ChatGPT or Gemini subscription
The “7$ discount” for signing up is not a discount, they only give you 14k tokens instead of 20k that they will the next month when they charge you 10$. On top of that I used abacus app to do some code work and within 3 hours I was out of tokens until July. SCAM is what it almost is and i was pretty sure it was going to be something along those lines based on the fact they don’t tell you the token allotments before signing up but claim they give a lot more than other platforms. Don’t waste your money or time on this junk. It takes ChatGPT 10 minutes what their gpt 5.3 codex took 2-3 hours to do and used up all prompts tokens. I will also never do anything from a YouTuber recommendation again so good job there. Your resale of LLM access is a ripoff.
Excellent Platform
The options here are pretty strong and very helpful. It has been a big help to my work.
Great idea but it’s not what you think it’s is
I use grok, and I got this app thinking I’ll get more access to grok, but with 20k credits, I was able to go though them in one day having a conversation with grok maybe for 3 hours. While it doesn’t have 2 hour clock, you definitely get less of grok usage per month than even free version gives you. Unfortunately I cancelled subscription
The interface is really bad
This apphas good AI models, but the interface is terrible. For example, this app almost does not support horizontal mode, it just crashes. Voice messages, just voices random messages in the chat, not the necessary. But the worst bug is if the chat is long and you edit the message, the chat is simply reset and the AI model starts over. Also in long chats, if you rewind, at some point the appl will crash, probably due to the overflow of RAM, but you can make it so that the app loads several messages around the place where the user is located, and not all.

No start after iOS 26.3.1
After updating the os the app starts only with a white screen.
Boa, mas não é tudo isso.
App para Mac é bem fraco, não tem configurações para aumento de texto e é necessário gambiarra. No uso a aplicação é boa, transcrição de áudio é precisa mas é lenta, as vezes você acaba de falar e simplesmente o aplicativo ainda está transcrevendo ou corta sua fala do nada. Um aviso sonoro como o GPT ajudaria. Tem várias ias mas não há documentação clara sobre como o abacus escolhe qual já vai responder e o porque, só apresenta essa falsa promessa de que tem todas as ias em uma só, mas que no final não justifica muito pois responde errado como qualquer ia, o deep agent é bom, mas torra créditos para no final entregar algo errado, não é uma ia que boa contextualização, não segue ou assimila coisas básicas, como minha linguagem (definida no app) e meu país, informado em vários outros chats no app, o que mostra que a memória não funciona bem.
My fist choice
The thing I love about ChatLLM is that I have access to the latest models group. Everything in projects and the token usage and agents are extremely good. I have built and deployed websites in minutes that function and have database construction and their simple tools to connected to my domain, I strongly recommend for anyone who is a beginner or mid level AI user who wants all the power but not just stuck in Claude code.

After this last update I can no longer use the app unless my VPN is off. This app has just become worthless. Fix this!!
Great App, Needs Widgets!
ChatLLM is one of the most useful AI apps I use every day. The access to multiple AI models in a single app is incredibly convenient, and the overall experience is smooth and reliable. The one feature that would make it even better is iOS widget support. Being able to launch a new chat, use voice input, or access recent conversations directly from the home screen would significantly improve productivity and accessibility. I hope widget support is added soon. Highly recommended!

Paguei achando que ficaria mais rápido enviar as coisas ou solicitar sempre demora enviar, parece ser um bug, então só vou manter o mês que paguei, melhor usar o chat gpt que tem menos dor de cabeça quando se está com pouco tempo.

A new format of communication was introduced upon opening the app. It was the most convenient way to communicate- by voice. I read my message that I wanted polished and Ai read back a wonderful polished version. Unfortunately, it could not type it up so I had no way of receiving the wonderfully made polished version. Can this be fixed?

Only 5 minutes in and it looks uncluttered and isn’t obsequious.
Pessima Interface
A experiência de copia do conteúdo do chat é bem frustrante, não consegue selecionar o texto. Precisa usar opções no botão direito do mouse para fazer algo parecido. O enter do teclado também não envia diretamente a conversa, sempre precisa clicar no botão de enviar mensagem. E por fim, o APP para macOS da erro de login toda vez que a maquina fica em modo repouso.
Promising and stable, but a few UX gaps to close
ChatLLM is off to a solid, stable start and feels reliable in daily use. That said, a few usability gaps hold it back for me: 1) Please add ‘paste image from clipboard’—right now I have to save an image first and then insert it from Files or Photos. 2) Copying response text is more cumbersome than it should be; a straightforward select-and-copy flow would help a lot. 3) In voice mode, I’m hearing occasional audio stutters/brief dropouts during responses. If these are addressed, this would be an easy five-star app. Overall, polished foundation with room for key UX improvements.

I've spent hundreds of dollars here and the deep agent is the only usable one. Gemini responses from here is absolute trash. The app is glitchy the support doesn't do anything. The AI SLOP is so abundant
Copy Paste
Great app overall! I really enjoy using it and find it very helpful. The only downside is that it’s not possible to copy text from within the app. Having the ability to copy content would make the experience even better. Hope this feature gets added in a future update.

Unpolished
The app itself is unpolished. Looks more like an overnight side project compared to the bigger players. The chat results are close to garbage if you don’t configure quite comprehensive custom instructions. With these I get reasonable results.
In my opinion
It is the best. I actually enjoy it. I do a lot with this particular AI. Top notch.
Payment required
Like anything that’s too good to be true… This requires a monthly payment in order to use, Period. You literally cannot access or do anything on it unless you pay for it monthly. Just gonna put that out there.
Access to projects in app
Please make projects accessible on mobile app. The rest works perfectly fine for me 👍

I really downloaded it planning to subscribe, but at some point there’s just a message on the screen to finish setup on the home page, not even a link to follow lol. This is first thing, secondly, if I download an app, I want to pay for it using my apple account, not give away my card info somewhere else. And I want to cancel it right here in my subscription overview in my apple account, not somewhere else. Lastly, where is information about what I actually will get for my money? What kind of limits? Nothing. Not convinced, sorry.
Needs web search in the app
The app has severe limitations by not enabling web searching- this is only available via DeepAgent on a computer.

Please deactivate automation scrolling (this is mega annoying) and the comunication area is much too biv for such narrow text width. - Color options would be also nice. ;-) Thank you for the updates!!

Al entrar al historial de chat no aparece todos los mensajes y cuando quiero entrar en el chat que había entrado en la pc se extiende parece en el chat de mi móvil se queda feo ahora no puedo visualizar el chat mismo en móvil tengo que enviar me estará nuevos y los antiguos no veo
iPad version missing
I use my iPad all the time and was surprised when the app launched in iPhone size window. Now I have to use it through a web browser to get a bigger screen. Other AI apps and chatbots have the iPad version ready from the start on. I don’t know why it would take time for abacus to get that done.

Love ChatLLM. But GitHub login doesn’t work in app
One little problem is the difference between 1 star and 5. I use Abacus AI’s ChatLLM almost every single day from my web browser. I’d love to install it on my phone, tablet and as a desktop app, but I’m stopped dead in my tracks because the Login with GitHub option is only available for the browser and not for the app. This means I can’t log in, my paid subscription and my chats + projects aren’t accessible, and ultimately that means this app is useless for me. So, 1 star. Please fix this.

Speech Recognition in the App
I regularly use your app and am very satisfied with most of its features. However, I noticed that when recording audio, only English is recognized. It would be extremely helpful if other languages, such as German, were also supported. Many users, especially in German-speaking regions, would benefit from enhanced speech recognition capabilities. I hope you can take this suggestion into consideration and expand this functionality in future updates. Thank you for your efforts!
