Over censored
Absolute over censored garbage
Great App, but…
The app works and runs great (though it’s a little slow on my iPhone 11, it’s the only option that supports it well!) but the shortcuts feature does not work as advertised. I installed the app, downloaded a model, used that model in the app, but, as far as I can tell, there are no shortcuts supported—unlike the promotional image.
Voice Communication, does not work
If I Type questions, then it’s Perfect but a does not work with Voice Recognition. I am working with iPad M5 with 16gb with German Language With latest iOS Version 26.6.
Works but hallucinates
It works great offline and does good convo, but hallucinates often and can’t follow a train of thought too well and so on. But good offline (I used it in my plane) and provides sub par but ok answers (hallucinates, train of thoughts issues, doesn’t make sense at times)

Fun but still not sure the practical use
This is an interesting app to use, but I’m still trying to figure out the practical functionality of it. My first test was to ask it to tell me about a historical event, but it could not figure out which historical event I was asking about, and it would make up historical events to tell me about that never actually happened. Maybe it would do better if I uploaded some data to it and then told me to analyze the data. Or maybe there are also some more advanced use cases that I haven’t figured out yet. Nevertheless, it’s fun to play with. The reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that it offers normal voice mode and then premium voices that you have to pay for, but all of the free voice modes that it gives you are those really weird like bubble voices that are really hard to understand. I wish that it would just give you the normal Siri voice for free.
FIX THIS
The idea of this app sounds amazing, But for any iPad running iPadOS 17 on a iPad 6, this app does not work. Fix this now and Also, please also nerf the specks for Pro (it means please bring at least the Siri, video and google search to it, the pro now is not worth it).
Voice Assistent Problem
Ich finde das Enclave sehr gut, nur leider funktioniert auf dem iPad Pro M5 der Voice Assistent nicht bei Thinking Modellen und bei dem MacBook Pro M4 Max funktioniert der Voice Assistent leider gar nicht, obwohl die Auswahl der Stimmen (auf deutsch zur Verfügung stehen und auch eine Sprachausgabe bei dem Sprachmodel-Test haben. Vielleicht kann das noch korrigiert werde, dann gerne auch 5 Sterne 👍
feature request
to start, love the way you can install your own gguf’s from hugging face, because some other LLM apps simply do not give you such freedom. it also doesn’t have ads and tracking. but i believe if you could include an optional voice mode that uses the Kokoro voice generation model, voice mode would be more realistic than regular on-device voices. please consider my idea, and as always this is my go to local ai app—so happy i found this app!!
26.5 update
The new update completely made app non functional system fails to start working
Good but some issues
The default models work good but any model I download and try to use causes a crash. Im downloading small models and have a good iPhone but it still crashes.
Unclear Model Support
Lack of clarity about what models are supported. Not fun wasting 45 minutes downloading the newer Qwen3 models only to then have it error upon use.
Qwen 8B works great, others nah
It runs the recommended models right, but some of the more odd huggingface options are totally unsupported. Also discord support is nonexistent.
Great app
I am so glad there is a local LLM app I can use. This is the future of AI.
Was solid, can't use your own api key
"You can download models from huggingface, not limited by the devs selection" old review, still applies for local chat but that is barebones and you need to start a new chat or it crashes every 10-20 messages. You can't bring your own api key and need to go through their subscription, there are many options that let you do that and it runs much better and less censored than local chat for pennies. They know users will not like local chat and pay them for a cloud sub.
Accessibility in app UI improvement
This app is pretty good compared to most local AI apps. I've tried even better than LM student because I'm blind, however it's very hard as a blind person to delete models. I tried to download a new one and then I wanted to delete the old one it seems like the only way to delete models is to uninstall the app. Also how do I get to settings? Please fix this?

Good but could be better
Don’t get me wrong. The app is great and I like the fact it doesn’t take any of your private info and it’s security oriented but there’s a lot of glitches in the system especially when you have bigger models running I would like to see that done better and also maybe ask ChatGPT turbo GPTOSS and some distilled versions of deepseek maybe also a cloud model GPT mini like DuckDuckGo has

Keeps crashing
I downloaded PrismML Bonsai8B, which is only 1.7GB, and the app crashed every time I tried to load the model.

Even though I have an iPhone 17 pro max, when I run any model of ai that needs 8gb of ram even though it has 12gb, it crashes

I love this app, I just get these errors constantly anymore and it fails to load the model. Also, wish there was a way to add photo to chat and fix the voice so I can chat with the models!

Beantwortet Fragen, die nie gestellt wurden. Ignoriert das manuell erstellte Prompt scheinbar. Wenn man das Fenster schliesst, ist man verloren. Danach stürzt das Ding bei mir nur noch ab.

This used to be a wonderful AI app, now it’s chugs
This app used to be One of my favorite on device AI apps. IT IS HORRIBLE NOW BLOCKING MORE AND MORE BEHIND PAYWALL. This was one of my favorite AI apps in the beginning. Everything changes, including my rating for this app. I have an open router API key that I can no longer use with this app. From five stars to one star. I have switched to **Privacy AI** and Locally AI. Those apps allow you to install which ever LLM you want to, as well as providing access to very powerful models. Not just tiny stuff that will fit on a five-year-old phone.

Great app, but not very configurable and cannot add models from local storage.
Concerned
Concerned that app data is being collected. I checked Apples ‘app network activity’ in settings and it said these 2 domains were contacted directly by the app: App-analytics-services.com and firebase-settings.crashlytics.com I’m highly concerned with Google collecting my data. I used corporate models not knowing how valuable the data i was creating is. I’ve since become very protective of my data. I’m neurodivergent and the data i create is valuable. I’m paranoid because these companies pretty much get away with doing anything they want when it comes to collecting the data we create as users. They’re creating profiles, i would say what they’re doing looks something similar to the movie “us” where an imperfect replica is being made of the character, but digitally. If the developer can clear this up in a way that makes sense, I’d consider revising my rating as i have had no other issues with the app.
Crash
Nice approach. But immediately crashes in voice chat, when Siri offline dictation is enforced by MDM policy.

The app connects to multiple analytics servers on every launch even though it states no data collected on the app store. This is in direct violation of Apple’s privacy disclosure requirement.

It was working a few months ago, and i uninstalled it a few months ago when it started to say ‘error! Please wait or cantact support.’ Idk what to do, and did love it, but it doesn’t work now no matter what model i use, uninstalled and reinstalled, restarting my device, etc.
Way better than I thought
My 5 year old iphone outperformed my $2k laptop on the same model. This is an amazing app

Great App!
This is the best app out of all of the other Local AI apps! I appreciate the nice clean-modern UI, markdown formatting, downloadable models from hugging face, and custom system instruction prompts! However, there are some downsides such as the lack of parameters (max tokens, top_p, repetition, etc), Large Reasoning Models not having a dropdown for viewing their thinking, and the ability to regenerate and delete a message not present. Overall, great app!
