Stuck on stupid
All it will do is repeatedly tell me what time it is and what time zone I’m in.
My fave but I might switch
I’ve been a you.com user for two years now and I’ve loved it. Now ChatGPT is coming up with new features And are outpacing them. I need projects with attachments like yesterday and larger file uploads to store more than 20 documents. I also need an integration with getguru.com to complete my perfect AI world.

It is a fine app where the tools that you get. It’s too bad that MAGAI doesn’t have an app because you get 50 large language models for the same price. It’s sad because you’re thinking AI company would provide you with non-AI customer service, knowing how much it sucks and that how much people have to deal with that every day from pharmacies to PayPal and banks it said. These major tech companies and government contracts have spent over $1 trillion alone this year on AI data centers, etc. you think they would put a couple million to rebuilding electricity grid. Now you gotta spend $40 to make an eight minute YouTube real. Or try to use the free version from China. Like any grown adults has time to learn GitHub.

edit: the following week: out of desperation and an increased urgency of my work, i thought i’d give in and pay for the pro plan, but as it turns out, it is impossible to pay for a subscription even on the web - tried two different browsers and was met with the same problem: the subscribe link is unresponsive except that it will only switch from “monthly” to “annual.” i spent way too much time on this already - when your site won’t even let us start a new subscription, you really don’t need us to reach out to you in order to address this issue. by the time you respond, i hope to have found something adequate to my needs that maintains basic functionality. ******** i canceled my pro subscription last year because i got tired of having to sign in only to see my account downgraded to the free version due to some problem on y’all’s end and having to wait hours or even days for you to fix. a few days ago i thought i’d give it another chance given that y’all had been aware of the issue and after almost a year, i figured the problem was likely to have been resolved. upon sign in, i saw the offer for a free trial with no credit card required. that seemed like a nice way to see if the pro version is worth paying for again. i got partway through research for a foundation from which to grow a project before putting it aside for the weekend. and when i attempted to resume this afternoon, i saw that i was logged out and when i logged back in, it’s though i had never used this app before in my entire life. no history. no custom agents. no access to pro features. i want to use this but i can’t afford to lose everything when i’m inexplicably logged out. this app should not be logging me out but even if it does, i would expect that by signing up for an account in the first place, my data would be saved. i want to be able to access all these powerful tools with one account, but i do not have the luxury of repeatedly rebuilding my research base - one of my main reasons for using this is for keeping track of various branches of research and having a means of referencing them later on. i could at least do that before. so this is decidedly much worse. thank goodness your trial didn’t require a credit card because now i won’t have to cancel. this is nuts.

Double charged again!!!
I was double charged again for the entire year and its second time it happened. I sent emails but no response. They are terrible responding to customers. I need my money back asap and you should really improve customer service !!! No response and I sent at least 3 emails. This is unacceptable!!!

Possible Scam
You can only use the models you would actually want to use if you pay for a pro subscription, so I did, but the app never actually upgraded me to pro status. The upgrade button next to my profile was still there and clickable, and when I clicked the app basically thought I was trying to upgrade again. I was never able to use a custom model or do anything cool, but on the bright side, I did pay twenty bucks for no reason. -10/10, would not recommend
Great, but
AI does indeed make serious errors so check the sources. An example, I was told a large area in Spain was not affected in a blackout. Then found out it was.
Slow App - Coding Needs Optimization
I almost want to reach out to the developer and recode the app. Especially, since I make apps. This is… It’s horrifically slow and can’t handle the great features this service provides without locking up.

The app doesn’t remember my account login. So it is completely useless. I’ll just use the browser version and save the frustration.
Excellent and useful tool
4 stars for not allowing to group or label chats. Simple chronological timeline of the chats is not enough when you have a lot of them. It becomes unmanageable.
A disappointed goodbye.
I considered this one of the best apps that I use not so long ago, I’m not sure what’s gone wrong with it but the last few months has been a massive disappointment for me. Promises have not been fulfilled they have become really slow at keeping up with the latest models where they used to be the first ones out of the gate innovation non existent and when you have a problem getting them to assist you is like pulling teeth. I will say that it is a real shame. I have been subscribing to this for a long time but enough is enough it’s time to part company, I do wish them the best for future but my time is up and it’s a sad goodbye.

Improving with time
I don’t have the time or interest in following which GPT / AI tool can do which task best so I want a meta-engine that figures that out for me. You.com is getting better and better at serving that purpose. It still has a ways to go in terms of intuitively arriving and simply saying, make me a picture or edit this photo or organize this content. In what little I do now, I still think Grok (x.ai) can be more powerful. So there’s much to learn, but You.com is making it better to access these tools.

Number 1 Tool In My Kit
You.com has become my #1 go-to tool for everyday use. It’s essential for researching and I love the ability to save chats by project. The create your own agent feature has been the best for my technical research and documentation. Can’t wait to see what is next for You.com. They are always developing new features and improvements.
Deceitful limits
My Pro account got blocked for an undocumented daily quota. I explained my legitimate use-case (and low monthly usage) and asked them to lift it, but support wouldn’t help, they just told me to wait. I then asked what the limits were so I could work within them. They refused to say. Absolute clowns!
After 2 months
It’s a game-changing tool. I’m still learning it it has made my life, work much easier. However, I’ve had issues with image creation. I’ve even given up on a few occasions.
App bug
This app is great, but there seems to be a bug. I purchased a subscription on my desktop, but when I use the app on my iPhone, it displays a free plan instead of the paid plan I subscribed to. This is clearly a bug.
Very unreliable and the product is sometimes of low quality
Most answers are useless either because you get none (error messages asking me to go on DISCORD??????👎👎👎👎)…??? Or because the quality of the answers are just as bad as just googling for the problem. Some answers are very useful but it’s too rare. I don’t get the hype, constantly crashing and getting useless answers should get this high of a rating. It’s okay

Needs easier use. Like a model that uses the best ai and sources to get the best overall answers etc. and easier to discover features and how they work.

With latest update the login to my account is not working.
Enhanced? More like ruined
The AIs act weird, I used to use poe.com, where ai is smart, not glitchy, have a great memory, but here they are more dumb. I will edit my review once it will be fixed. By the way, I purchased the annual subscription with an additional 10% OFF, Total: 86$ USD for the whole year, which is a steal. But if I was you, i would stick to llama3 for now.
Accessibility / Usability
I think the app has enormous potential to provide a meaningful alternative to other systems that are out there. I really like the way it is broken down into separate segments (i.e. code, write etc). Sadly, if you are a visually impaired or blind user, the experience is not great. You should have some of their testers or developers try to use the app with ‘smart color invert’ and ‘voice over’ turned on on their iPhone. This might give some very valuable insights into the usability issues that arise when trying to work with ‘You’ on the app. I do not want to be too hard here, but I feel like accessibility is often the last thing that developers look to before putting new technology out in the wild and sadly it leaves a lot of people behind the loop with new tech simply because they cannot access or use the tools effectively. I do love the concept here and wish you all the luck.

Benutze You schon länger mit Firefox als Browser und finde es immer noch die beste Suchmaschine, auch wenn ich jetzt im Gegensatz zum Anfang eine Anzeige als erste Antwort bekomme. Aber wie ist es möglich, dass sich, wenn ich in der App You selbst suche, plötzlich auf der Google-Seite bin? Das will ich ja gerade nicht.

I have recommended this AI model over Chat GPT because it provides sources. GPT’s can make errors and having the sources is helpful in validating the answers.

I registered their program with free 1 year pro. Today they back me to free version. That’s a scam app. Do not download

Browser zu langsam
Super Ansatz. Der Chat ist super! ABER als Browser nicht zu gebrauchen. Er ist viel zu langsam und es ruckelt beim Scrollen. Zudem ist die Benutzerführung unterirdisch. man weiß oft nicht, in welchem Status man ist. Bis jetzt aus Sicht der Performance kein Ersatz für Safari. Ich habe bisher nur eine App, den Chat, ausprobiert. Die Ergebnisse sind schon jetzt beeindruckend. Allerdings wird der Text manchmal einfach angeschnitten. Solche unvollständigen Antworten sind dann etwas nervtötend. Trotzdem ist das ein vielversprechender Ansatz und ich werde die App weiter beobachten.

When I’m private mode
Like the app any thing other then data hungry google, but it needs a few tweaks for instance there needs to be a tab to keep u in private mode at all times u should have that choice once u swipe up leave the app it automatically resets it self back to normal mode when u go back in sort it out guys
