Buying bug
Am I the only one who’s got the bug. I’m constantly buying clothes every month from TKMax. Some of the stuff is just got to have it. I hide the stuff in the car so my other half can’t see then sneak it into my wardrobe. I think I need help 😞
App nutzlos
Die Erstellung der Treasure Karte funktioniert nicht, vor 5 Wochen habe ich die App installiert und mich registriert, seitdem steht dort, deine Treasure Karte wird erstellt… der Support war nicht hilfreich und auch im Laden konnte mir ein sehr hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter nicht helfen.

Only lets you have 50 items in the wishlist which is really annoying, please increase it
Treasure rewards
The gifts are not as great as they used to be when treasure card was first initiated. Far too many prize draws, never won anything. It’s a gimmick now.

Egal ob ich die App nutze oder nicht , ist die Wunschliste weg . Es nervt nur noch ! Und die Treasure Geschenke bzw. eher Gewinnspiele sind auch echt mies - wer denkt sich das aus ?

I love TK Maxx but I find the app very frustrating as it always signs me out and when I try to log back in there’s an error message “something went wrong, it’s not you it’s us. Try again later” I’m having to constantly change my password because of this which is so annoying.

Schlechte Suchfunktion, da werden z.B. bei der Suche nach Sneakern auch Highheels& Co angezeigt. Gut, gewöhnt man sich dran. Blöd: man lässt jedesmal die Karte(digital) beim Kassieren einlesen.. Es gibt aber nie (!) einen Schlüssel. Schon mehrfach resettet, Karte in Wallet erneuert.. nope. Also JEDESMAL den Bon nachtragen - dann geht's. Muss man nicht verstehen. Ansonsten findet man oft Sachen, die es im Laden so nicht (mehr) gibt, da ist Click& Collect dann super.
Wunschliste verschwindet
Seit ein paar Wochen hat die App anscheinend ein technisches Problem. Alle paar Tage verschwindet die Wunschliste. Entweder komplett oder viele Artikel, die aber bei erneuter Suche immer noch verfügbar sind. Schlecht für‘s Geschäft, weil ich schön langsam keine Lust mehr auf Suchen habe.

Good variety of items, great brands, easy and timely returns process, option Tk pay with Klarna in store and in app. The reason for the 3 ⭐️ is due to delivery and rewards. Delivery has delayed on few occasions and required escalation by email after which it was sorted. Treasure Rewards leans towards rewards which are donation to charity or draws (like the lottery meaning you are very unlikely to win anything) but few options to be rewarded with something of value now that is not related to children/family.😔

I am disappointed that although I have waited weeks there are no longer any little treasures to choose as a reward. There are just for me useless vouchers or competitions. At least I can give something to charity but I miss the fun of something coming through the postbox. The little treasures items were often very useful

More like ‘non-existent’ list that regularly deletes all my saved items. Incredibly frustrating experience for a regular customer like myself. Every morning I access the app to see what new items are in and every so often, both the saved shopping basket and love list disappear entirely. Shockingly poor shopper experience. There’s no real benefit of using the app over the website either. Another reviewer accurately describes how disappointing it is to only ever be able to save only 50 items in your list. Do not recommend. No reward features either, so nothing positive to add.
TKMAX Tresure - Schwach
Ich liebe TKMAX. Mit der App wurde die Schätzesuche noch einfacher. Doch navigieren in der App ist gar nicht so einfach: Suchen mit Filter wird auch nicht ganz ernst genommen. Die Warenlieferung (Größe z.B.) gestaltet sich auch etwas schwer … Ich bin immer gespannt, welche Größe ich bekomme ;) Der Schwacher Punkt des Einkaufserlebnis ist das Tresure Schlüsselsammeln. Du weißt nie, ob du was gewonnen hast und die Prämien sind wirklich nicht der Renner … einfache Geschenkgutscheine oder sogar kleiner Geschenke würden den Kunden glücklicher machen als das sinnlose „Versuch dein Glück“ Getöse!

Man sammelt Schlüssel nur um damit an Gewinnspielen teilzunehmen? Wer hat sich diesen Schwachsinn nur ausgedacht?
Wide range of products & good search functions
It is great to be able to search for items online given how big the shop is and how difficult it is to find some items in-store (especially the right sizes). However it’s a pity that not all in-store items are available online. Also, not all online articles are available in-store. So both shopping options are complementary. Online shopping also permits using other credit card options that are not accepted in-store like American Express. The search options are also relatively good.
Anmeldung funktioniert nicht
Ich habe mich schon mehrmals versucht in der App zu registrieren. Vor ca 2 Wochen und heute nochmal. Es funktioniert nicht. Die App schreibt „ups unser Fehler, versuche es später nochmal“. Ich kann die App nur als Gast nutzen. Das macht für mich keinen Sinn, dann kann ich direkt im Browser mir die Sachen angucken und brauche dann auch keine App.

Dass man manchmal nicht alle Marken suchen kann- da kommt immer - unsere Marken sind scheu und nicht alle können gesucht werden 😛 weiss nicht ob das ein big ist ? Auch fände ich es super wenn man in der App die treasure Karte hätte und nicht erst im Handy wallet.. aber ansonsten wirklich super 👍

Ich hoffe, Sie öffnen den Bewertungsbereich, damit wir Kommentare abgeben können. Ich habe beispielsweise einen Schuh gekauft, der mir zu klein war, ich habe noch einmal eine größere Größe gekauft und er war immer noch zu klein!! Wenn jemand eine Bewertung geschrieben hätte, hätte ich zumindest gewusst, dass ich zwei Größen größer hätte kaufen sollen.

I’m an absolute fan of doing online as I don’t always get chance to shop in store as much as I like as busy with work and family!and click collect is a must for me as it just makes my life easier,especially when I can just pop in if I’m on route doing a food shop. Love that it has a good selection of all you need to buy from face serum to clothes to furniture etc… good quality

Treasure Schlüssel werden nicht gutgeschrieben
Dachte mir: endlich hat tk maxx eine App. Dazu kommt eine treasure (Kunden) Karte. Diese habe ich heute 2x bei zwei verschiedenen Einkäufe (weil ich etwas vergessen habe, deswegen 2x) in einer Filiale genutzt. Bei beiden Einkäufen habe ich keinen einzigen Schlüssel gutgeschrieben bekommen. Leider habe ich von einem Einkauf nicht den Beleg mitgenommen, weswegen ich nur von einem Einkauf den Beleg nachreichen konnte. Deswegen empfehle ich jeden den Beleg mitzunehmen, auch wenn die Karte gescannt wurde. Mal schauen ob mir dann ein Schlüssel nachträglich gutgeschrieben wird. Bislang sind die Belohnungen für gesammelte Schlüssel auch relativ mager.
