Why am I so obsessed?!
This game has had me in an absolute chokehold lately. I play numerous mobile games on a daily basis and this one has become my favorite. It’s the perfect amount of challenge/difficulty paired with ease and success. I love it!
Steals your money
I spent $4.99 to get extra items in one of their events and then never received the items….emailed their support and no response. Won’t be playing anymore.
Fun game!
Super fun game! Wish earning more coins was easier. I feel should get more the 300 for beating endless mode, or earn the amount of coins I earn in game for pink rather than “proportioned” amounts.
I want to love it but….
On some boards the timer is in the way of the equipment and you have to hit the screen in a very specific manner to have the nurse get what you need. Should fix that. But it’s too many darn ads for me.
Love the game / Not much coins to advance
It’a fun game. The only way to move forward in the game without spending money is by playing a bunch of adds. You don’t get enough coins for upgrades to beat a level.

Yooooooo…Now normally a game will keep asking you to rate it until you do…when you finally rate it, that pop up stops. But, not w/ this game. I’ve rated your stuff over and over and overrrrrr again! YOU CAN’T EVEN HAVE MULTIPLE RATINGS! So, all it’s doing is replacing the prior rating! I can understand like once, every 6 mths. B/c your opinion may change over time. But, every time I open the game? & for me that would be DAILY, if not EVERY OTHER DAY! Please fix your game before I give it ONE star & make everyone I know, do the same. Ts is annoying!

It’s a very fun game all around. It is identical to the adds, and you get a lot of tension while playing it. I definitely recommend playing this game. It’s so fun! My only note is that a lot of money spending gets added in on the higher levels. Still, it’s a very fun game!
Fun but so many ads
I like to play this game to kill some time, but man, they’re soooo many he adds. You have to close out of the ad like 5 times.
Misleading to be honest
Super fun at first but as you go farther into the game you somehow make less?. Then can’t even afford to keep up with the game unless your actually paying out of pocket .. also the events are super confusing and also misleading as well

I enjoy this game but before I Downloaded it said no ads! Not true and the ad was long and part of the game is to try and get out of it so you can get back to the game!
Need updates
I have a few things to say as an avid player of this game. The way the game is currently set up it is impossible to earn money without buying bundles. As someone who frequently beats levels before the new hospital is released, there is no way to earn money in the meantime, or participate in ongoing events. The ‘extra shifts’ offer you a fraction of the cost of one single upgrade. It’s unfortunate that a game I used to enjoy playing had become impossible.
Fun but could be better
The game itself is fun, but it’s really annoying how little coins you get and how expensive the upgrades are and it almost feels like I’m failing at every level because they’re not giving me enough coins to efficiently upgrade my hospital

Spent $30 on package to loose it because of new world. Watch and make sure you buy only at beginning to get your moneys worth.
The sound!
It’s a cute little game but it has multiple music sounds to playing in the background and you can only cut off one of them.
Addicting but bad like many games
So sad. This game is all about many mini games. To collect coins, but you get stuck like many games and can’t proceed. Because you need coins. Im stuck on level 25 of level 2 🙈. Just mad, I can’t move forward.
endless?
once you complete every level in a city, you unlock endless mode. said mode named endless STILL has levels. I like the game but that's just not logical. can we get an actual endless setting?..

Don't get me wrong, i love this game and i'm thoroughly addicted to it. I've spent real money in the game plenty of times but now when i click to pay for anything, it tries to take $44.00 from me! This is outrageous, if i hadve had that amount in my account it would have stolen $44.00 from me when i was under the impression that i was paying $2.99. That is outrageous!
Game
The signs popping up in my face while playing when time runs out is a bit rude and annoying. Game is good otherwise.
Difficult ads and losing rewards
Certain ads like “Flop House” that make you play their game while waiting for the skip ad button will lock you into the ad and never give the X button to get back to your game, thus making you close out of the app and losing all your rewards but the game will understand you beat that level. Game is set up where you need to spend money or watch ads to get coins and genuinely progress but won’t let you get the rewards from the ads.
Fun game along ads
This game is great! It would be amazing if the ads wasn’t so long and mandatory. The ads take the time away to play the game. Outside of the many and long ads the game is fun to play.

It was fun while it lasted, once your on a certain level you can’t do anything anymore. It’s impossible to pass games even after finishing your gems to buy upgrades. You have to purchase passes to keep playing. Played for 2 days and deleting.
Needs Work
The game has absolutely too many ads and popups. Also on some of the levels, the doctor’s time despite how many upgrades you do, makes it impossible to beat the level. It started off as a really good game, but that is a major setback when rating it.

Legit fun but one problem
I legit enjoy this game. I feel addicted to it without feeling like it’s also ruining my free time. The only thing I can’t stand are the magic sort ads that pop up between levels or when I want to +50% my gold. That ad takes forever to load and end — like literally 3 minutes — and it makes me not want to play this game which I seriously enjoy.
Frustrating
Santorini level got frustrating because the touchscreen sensitivity causes a lot of errors so it’s no longer a game of speed, rather a game of “ be careful if you have big fingers, this level will not be fun”

SOOO many advertisements
This game would be much more fun if it did not prompt adds as often as it does. The adds for this game are also VERY long. It seems more time is spent watching videos than playing the game.
Patience Boosters Don't Work
The upgrades for patience j. The Akureyei hospital don't do anything. Everyone's patience goes down so fast. I have the same upgrades in Cairo and the patience is always green. But not in Akureyei. Please fix so the upgrades actually do something

I am addicted to this game! My favorite game!! It’s different from most games , has a lot of ads , but you rarely run out of lives so you just keep playing all day. I love the lab mini game ! But can you change so that we dont lose all of our progress when we lose one round ? We may not get compensated for it, but at least all of my hard work didn’t go to waste lol

Fun for a while until you get to the third area and then it becomes impossible to pass any levels without spending real money. You’ll have to buy coins in order to upgrade because you can’t pass the level otherwise… waste of money and I probably wouldn’t have downloaded it had I known
Super addictive
Love this game!!! But wish new hospitals would come faster, I know development takes time but Seoul was already supposed to be released and it’s not. Hoping maybe next update we can get 2 hospitals. Canadian places would be cool too!

Bring back the second icon at the bottom where you can watch ads to accumulate more coins!! I had made it super far in the game but deleted it to start again bc i got to a point where i was running out of coins faster than you can win them!! I love this game BUT the coins need to come back or i will be deleting
Glitching HORRIBLY FIX PLS
The game glitches so bad in the middle of you playing. you’ll essentially end up losing one of your lives (and waste your boosts if used) and have to start over the level again and that’s frustrating considering the fact that you’re trying to play the game. On top of that the game is hard to beat at point. even if you don’t spend real money, you’ll rack up game money and but the recommended item and still not win, hell you’ll end up gaining less points after you buy the upgrades. it’s sucks bc the game is fun but my goodness yall developers have to get it together.
