Not very useful, better than waiting to talk to someone over the phone, limited capabilities. Poor just like customer service

The transfer cost has messed me up to have money put into my account so I can pay my T-Mobile bill so now I got to figure out how I can get the money into my account from my husbands account. This is a bad inconvenience
Love the convenience
Love being able to continue banking with fidelity since I’ve been with them from high school. I no longer live where there’s one so this is great! Although I’m highly disappointed that the Zelle doesn’t work & no one can figure it out

That’s why I didn’t change banks when I moved out-of-state.
Hard to use
This app is not very user friendly! I manually enter any transactions I have done and even ones that I put the check number on this app adds it to the register again (I use Quicken for my banking at home). I think bill payment is hard to navigate and make changes when needed. Didn't have all these problems @ our old bank.

Interface it mid. I hate that I had to call for a pin to make a payment. Just text it to me. Everything else is ok
