Excellent Tech
Fidelity Bank makes available to its depositors world-class technology. Online access, via a computer browser or via smartphone, is straightforward and reliable. The money management feature is best of all; it is consistently upgraded, can be linked to all my external accounts, and makes tracking my household's finances easy.

Everything is moving slow ! It take to long for my money to clear! If I go to theATM it takes too long !

Remote deposit no longer works
I have been remotely depositing checks for months. Last month and this month, the app seems to accept a check but it disappears as if nothing was ever deposited! No message that there was an error or it’s rejected. Nothing. So then I transfer money and there’s an arbitrary limit on how much I can transfer. It’s so ridiculous!
All around solid
I like the functionality of this app, the main feature I wish they would add is two factor authentication. It seems odd to not have that option on a banking app
Online banking
Banking online with Fidelity bank is very convenient. It gives you the opportunity to conduct financial business fast. It is also very easy to use.

Dissatisfied w/ Electronic deposit feature
Before expressing my dissatisfaction w/ in-app banking features, I want to point out that have accounts with capital one bank in addition to your bank. I do not experience any issues with your competitors app, food for thought.... Auto capture feature is extremely difficult to use when attempting to deposit checks electronically. Also, added requirement of writing “ for electronic deposit only at Fidelity Bank” underneath my endorsement signature on back of check is tedious, time consuming, and an annoyance. The benefit (I assume) behind electronic deposit is to offer customers an alternative(and more convenient) method of depositing money, allowing customers to avoid an additional “errand “ or trip to the bank. However, electronic deposit on this app is so difficult and time consuming for depositing checks in batches. Extremely inconvenient to such an extent that im forced to make a needless errand to your bank, simply to deposit money. Pointless. I’m self employed; time is money, and I’m not making money when I’m running errands necessary for business Operations. Please consider revising this feature. The manner in which the app currently operates has me considering the idea of moving my accounts to one of your competitors: one that allows me the convenience of depositing with ease.

I rarely use Fidelity as the app doesn’t support business accounts.

Takes for ever to deposit a check. Chase check deposit much better. Color pictures and you don’t have to take the picture 8 times for it to be accepted. Highly disappointed
Finally I can make deposits
Working all day M-F makes it hard to deposit checks...until now because I can deposit from my phone at home.

This app is solid for checking transaction history and there is a transfer section. I was really hoping they would have the capability to deposit checks via the camera.

I absolutely love this app so so so easy to use and so many features just make it my favorite.
Limited mobile banking
So limited! Be nice if there was an iPad version too. Other banking apps are so advanced compared to this one. Sometimes makes me want to switch banks just for the ease of mobile banking! Only good for checking balance and making transfers.
