App works well except it seems to forget my face login every day.
Needs fixes
Bad image capture. I'm not exactly sure how other apps work, but this mobile banking app seems to have a problem with the image capture on checks. You can use any setting with any lighting, and if your check is more than 3 inches away from the camera it turns it into an 8-bit blocky masterpiece. This consequently causes the server to reject your deposit because of the app. Please fix this camera issue in this app's rating would improve.

Keep having to submit all my information to login in.
Overall
The app is effective when I want to know my balance & where my money is going/ being placed. The only fault from this app, I stopped getting notifications from past transactions. Once this feature is fixed, I think this app is worthy of 5 stars!

Just as good as the big banks!
Not as good as it use to be…
I use to get notifications after every charge and I use to be able to use Face ID and log in for quick access, none of those work now. While I understand and can appreciate double authorization on occasion, almost every time logging in is excessive.

Everything is good besides the login part no matter what it won’t save my username and I always have to put my username and password in even though I clicked to remember me and I enabled Face ID recognition and I don’t remember it one or two times and then there will be nothing saved at all

App has so many bugs! It never remember my ID or facial recognition, it never displays my transactions, and barely loads any time I use it take at least 5 minutes to pull the app up!

Their app and online banking are beyond bad. My suggestion is for them to stay in the stone ages and not have a online presence. It’s better than this crap.
