Hello, I am iPhone user and I used to pay using credit Upi widget It’s so simple to use a payment without opening the application. Same thing I want from supermoney so that I can add that widget and access payment without opening the superman application, it’s cool feature please add in a bucket list.

“Payment stopped for your safety, please complete additional verification” - that’s what I get across 5 different bank accounts. Both using manual PIN, and Face ID. There’s no option to initiate the “manual verification”. What a terrible first impression. Uninstalling after trying over a period of 24 hours.

Overall good, but need 2 things, one is the scanner need to come to bottom for easy one hand use and second is the option for a dark mode for ease of use at night.

in iPhone this app does not have any widgets option kindly add this feature to make it more accessible directly from the widget for reference paytm had a scanner widget option and it’s very useful and quick too.

No support helpline . I made a UPI transaction and the money was debited from my account and not credited to merchant. I made the same using phonepe and the transaction was successful. I guess there’s something wrong with this app. I made two payments with this app and both times the transaction failed. The app support team is not responding at all. I will Never use this app again

I initially became interested in SuperMoney because I was looking for an FD- credit card. The advertisement made it look attractive because I understood that I could deposit an amount, use the card, increase the deposit when required, and withdraw the money when needed. I deposited ₹2,000 and used the service for a few months. However, after using the app, I faced several issues that I was not expecting. The main concerns from my experience are: • The customer support was not satisfactory when I needed help. • The repayment period did not work like a normal credit card. For example, if I made a transaction near the end of the month, I expected a reasonable credit period, but the repayment requirement could come much sooner. • Late-payment charges can be quite high compared with the amount deposited. • Although I deposited ₹2,000, I could use only around 90%, approximately ₹1,800. • The advertisement gave me the impression that the deposited amount could be withdrawn whenever required, but the actual withdrawal conditions were more restrictive than I expected. • I also could not find a clear option to remove or unlink my bank account after adding it during account creation. • The terms regarding the deposit, withdrawal, repayment deadline and charges were not clear enough to me when I started using the service. My main concern is transparency. If the product is presented as an FD- credit card or similar facility, the deposit rules, available credit, repayment cycle, withdrawal conditions and all applicable charges should be clearly explained before customers deposit their money. This review is based on my personal experience, and I recommend users carefully check all the terms and charges before putting money into the app.

The application is overhyped. For the sake of pennies don’t go for this unreliable application.
Suggestion: View Payment Notes
Good app. One suggestion: payment notes added during transactions are not visible later. Please add an option to view these notes afterwards.

Wonderful and amazing app
Very disappointing and misleading experience.
I earned ₹100 cashback, but when I tried to withdraw MY cashback to my bank account, I was told that I’m not eligible because my Super Benefits membership had expired. Instead, I’m being asked to redeem it as a gift card or get a superCard to unlock cashback-to-bank withdrawal. If the cashback is already earned by the user, why should the user need to get a credit card just to withdraw their own cashback? I don’t want a gift card — I want the cashback that I earned. This feels unnecessarily complicated and extremely frustrating. The withdrawal conditions should be clearly disclosed BEFORE users earn cashback, not after. Very disappointed with this experience. Users should have a straightforward way to use the cashback they earned without being pushed towards another financial product. Think twice before relying on this app for cashback.
