Don’t trust aditya birla for home loan.
I took a home loan from Aditya Birla Housing Finance, and ₹10 lakh of my sanctioned loan amount has still not been disbursed. It has been 5 months, and every week I am given a new excuse instead of a proper resolution. The process has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no satisfactory solution or clear timeline for the pending disbursement. My experience has been very disappointing, and I would not recommend their services.

UPI Payment Issue on iOS App
I uninstalled your app because I was unable to use the UPI payment feature. I was repeatedly receiving a message saying that the payment interface was being upgraded, but I was not informed when the upgrade would be completed. I am using an iOS device. Please test the UPI payment functionality on iOS from your end and confirm once it is working properly. Once I receive your confirmation that the issue has been resolved, I will reinstall the app and continue using it. Thank you
