Best for Online Shopping
Amazing clothes for an amazing price, decent shipping charges, and also a very good customer service. Laam has never disappointed me. I would highly recommend it.

Pages don’t load properly and constantly freezes. The filters dont really work to narrow down options. Takes too long to navigate through the pages.

I cant view my liked items. Tried logging out and in.. tried another id.. checked update.. nothing worked.. its been a month now

The app doesn’t offer as many useful varieties or features as the frequent updates suggest. I’ve also come across pages that appear suspicious or potentially scam-related. Please be careful and stay aware before using or trusting everything you see on this app.

Slow app and poor delivery service
App is very slow and stops most of the times, wishlist items are not all shown after saving, still they have options for party and daily and people living in abroad its good to have Pakistani clothing apps , i have also loved many dresses from laam but other negatives are delivery is very late and high shipping, also they cancelled one of the dress from my order without any consent, they should check the availability before accepting the order or should have atleast offered to change the dress if its not available , i have paid delivery for those dresses, as someone said in the reviews , we need to pay the delivery all over again for one single dress because of cancellation , they don’t reply when shared the problem or just send the automated msgs that nothing could happen

Clothes are nice and everything but return/refund process is HORRIBLE
The clothes are good quality and everything but when I bought clothes for my daughter, I sized up 2-3 years but they were still small on her and when I tried to return/get a refund they kept trying to bargain with me. I said straight up that I based the sizing off the age given and even sized up but it still didn’t fit and they kept saying you can get a 10% refund when I paid full price and everything. They said they don’t do international returns and only offer refunds for international buyers. They finally agreed on a 60% refund on one of the suits but for the other one they wouldn’t budge and kept offering 10%. This whole process took like 3 days and the I paid about $150 on this whole order and I’m only getting about $25-30 back. The suits are a set price but for refunds I have to bargain??? Also shipping for this order was $40 🤬😒
Acceptable
Customer support is acceptable but be warned that returns, exchanges, cancellations are almost non existent for international customers. I completely understand the no returns and exchanges but please allow us to cancel orders if they have not shipped yet. Nonetheless, a good experience overall.

Fabric Description Did Not Match Product Received
I ordered three suits based on the fabric description, which stated lawn cotton. The material received appeared synthetic rather than cotton lawn. The return process focused heavily on photo evidence, but fabric composition cannot be accurately demonstrated through photographs. Disappointed with both the product description and the resolution process.
It’s good for artist who are trying to Figure out what there art is going to wear
I use it for that and it’s really good I just want you to put more clothes in there and yea use it for art not for shopping
Customer Service is very poor
Laam’s customer service via both WhatsApp and email is extremely poor. You need to hope your order arrives ok because if it doesn’t getting any support from their customer service is a nightmare.
Slow and want more features
This app is wonderful. I love shopping here for myself and my family in Pakistan and being able to send it straight there. That being said, the app lags a lot. And they could include a feature where users can upload pics of the things they purchased, so that others can make informed decisions.

In the last few months, even after lots of updates, adding items to your loved list or “favorites” is still unavailable. Please bring back the feature, it helps the users a lot! 😭

I don’tvk ow how this big cimpany fails to have a good application that too in this AI world where everything is so easy. Their filters are worst never works and now i spent 30 mins to shortlist what i wanted to order and when I checked my bag there was nothing, also nothing in my wishlist then i tried again to check it was same. They loose customers like this.

Courier service not good
I ordered 24 dresses from Laam—11 showed up right on time, the rest... well, tracking said delivered, but nothing ever reached me. They kept insisting it was out of their hands, courier got it, done deal. Still, I chased—called delivery desk, slammed bad reviews everywhere I could, took twenty-five days before they finally refunded the money back.
No return
Found some items are defected and wrong description. Contact the support team many times but no action was taken against them … disappointed!!

App is extremely slow, it freezes frequently. Keeps telling me to update when I already updated few times. Also, the search results are not correct. Filter option doesn’t filter properly, shows/does not show items that are already in there.

Not happy with jewelry
The clothes i bought were good but the jewelry was extremely disappointing and cheap . I chose froma good quality selection and paid a good price only to receive very cheap looking inexpensive stuff . One bracelet was not even the one i ordered.

Cancel item without notifying. Then, they ship without asking what we want to do about it. System also does not add points and take coupons at times.
