Too many notifications and ads
I really love this app but i do not need to be notified every 20 mins of a new collection. I don’t need 5 whatsapp notifications everyday on new collections either and now ive started receiving phone calls. I always have a lot of stuff in my cart, i don’t need anyone to call me to pressure me to check out. Other than that, i will always use this app
Fix the wishlist!
The wishlist has been broken for a while now. It repeats the 10 or so items wish listed and doesn’t show the rest. Please fix this
Wish list gets erased
The wish list gets erased periodically, but when I try to recreate it by adding the same items again on the list it says , the item already exists in my wish list. It’s really annoying not to be able to access it and not be able to recreate it either. I end up creating all new list only to get erased later on. It’s highly frustrating.

Never Buy anything from Aza
I tried to return an order and they only have the option to get credits on their wallet, no refund to your account, so if you buy something the money will stay with them, you can’t get it back. Do not buy anything. Rather buy it off individual websites.

Good variety but too many bugs
App consistently crashes. Whenever you change something in your cart, the discounts/coupons all are removed which is annoying. Selection/ui of the app is decent but you need to fix the performance issues.
Need horizontal view
Very hard to look at stuff vertically when you have a big iPad you should be able to tilt to see pictures horizontally please make changes to your app..thanks

When you save items and go back to saved list , list just shows 10 ,15 items and keeps repeating them . Its really inconvenient

Ads are driving me crazy
The app itself is fine and ordering was easy. The issues come after when they will not stop sending you push notifications of the same information. I have received at least 50+ notifications that my package arrived to my country. That is completely excessive and cannot be changed in the app settings— only by turning off the app’s notifications all together.

But the items are kind of hit or miss. I already have two orders where the outfits’ color are different from the photos (I am very happy with one gown so it’s not all disappointment). Shipping is timely and returns are easy (though it WILL cost you). Maybe there should be a process to ensure shops post accurate pictures? Or a policy where the return handling fee is waived if the items don’t match the pics and/or description? I like being able to browse several brands at once, but having to return twice because the items are not what I expect is bothersome and costly.

Image load is extremely slow. It takes forever to load next image when u swipe left/right, Which makes overall experience really bad. Pls improve ur app

Needs significant improvement
Not being able to close the animated pop up near the bottom menu bar that moves every time you scroll on a page, and not being able to customize the type of notifications received in the app make it insufferable to deal with. Ordering is easy but shopping on the app isn’t user friendly.

I have tired to return my kurta set, there website says ‘need to add account details’ no account details could be added to there app. No return policy just hope you get the right product, if don’t it can’t be refunded.

Delay in shipping
Already a month passed .till my order isn’t shipped,the big day is nearing ,it is a prepaid order,and today i am getting an intimation that it might get delayed further and they have mentioned a date past the big day ,completely perplexed about what to do next
Issue with size but nice garnments
Update: Aza contacted me about the issue and agreed to waive the restocking fees. Original: I ordered two expensive garnments and picked the size following their size guide. Medium was suppose to be 40 inches at the chest but it's actually 42. 40 would have been a tiny bit big but since it's suppose to be loose it was better than too small. But 42 is way too big. Now even though the garnments are bigger than what advertised for, they still want to charge me $50 for restocking when the mistake is on them. So instead of exchanging I am asking a refund and lose my $50 but will never order from them ever again.

Beware of this company, potential scam
I am updating this review after Aza finally gave me a refund. Thank you for addressing the issue. Original: Beware of this company they don’t take accountability for sending you wrong item! I went to India for a wedding and ordered an outfit from Aza. They took my money, sent me the completely wrong dress in the wrong size - it was useless to me. Aza has agreed multiple times over phone and email to accept the return, but then they ignore me and never actually complete the return pick up. I’ve lost count of the number of emails and WhatsApp’s I’ve sent back and forth with this company for over 3 months now. They are just refusing to take accountability for their mistake. Never ever shopping with Aza again.
