My experience was extremely disappointing. My order was cancelled twice, and only on the third attempt did I finally receive an order confirmation. Throughout the process, customer service repeatedly called and texted me, creating the impression that the issue was being resolved. However, after some time, I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled yet again. To make matters worse, the support team stopped responding entirely. When I tried calling for clarification, my call was declined, leaving me with no explanation or assistance. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Poor communication, repeated order cancellations, and the lack of customer support have made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this company unless they significantly improve their order management and customer service.

Hi I bought 5 dresses from this shop. 2 dresses are big, so I want to return them. I contacted them and they are disaggregated to my return my order. So my opinion is negative review this online shop. So please be careful when you buy from them.

Mirraw has the worst product quality I have ever seen. Their advertisements show beautiful designs and excellent quality, but the actual product is extremely cheap and disappointing. I honestly can’t imagine how such poor-quality items are made and sold. Please don’t waste your money on Mirraw. Their customer service is just as bad — when you complain, they don’t care or provide proper support. I wouldn’t even want to give them 1 star. Totally disappointed.
Kerala sarees
I see the same designs which are not the trendy and up to date dates most of it are peacocks whereas the Karalkada in Kerala has more variations Please include latest trend thanks
Poor service, no return policy.
I ordered some jewelry couple of months ago, they delayed the order twice. I have received them yet. I requested them to cancel the order but they refused.

Spam emails
I made 1 purchase with this company. I have received many advertising emails from them. First there’s no option“unsubscribe” from these spam messages. I even went as far as emailing them to ask my email address please be removed from their list. I got a response back assuring me that the issue was resolved but obviously they lied. I’m still receiving spam emails. Not only will I never make another purchase from this company but I will never recommend this company to anyone. Extremely disappointed with the deceit

The dresses were good, customer service was good too for changing measurements. They got the wrong colour and asked me about it, then changed it for me. So I’m the end I got everything I ordered

Nightmare to return
I returned the product as the item delivered was damaged . However, on talking to customer care they claim the product is fine . I returned the product but they are trying not to receive the product and is back at the usps facility.
Good quality
The Lehenga that I ordered came and it had good quality and the colours were the same as the pictures.I got it altered to a standard size and it was pretty accurate to the suggested size chart. I would probably order from here again .
Too many notifications!!!
The items I purchased are beautiful and came to Canada in a timely fashion. My problem is the spam! 10 times a day I get an email or messages to my phone. I can’t turn it off! I may need to delete the app.

Multiple issues!
1) The app doesn’t allow for a US address. It makes all fields required so if I didn’t fill the 2nd row for the address (not needed for me) it doesn’t allow me to save. 2) the app doesn’t allow me to have another contact name for delivery to an address other than my billing address 3) Doesn’t give me the option to pay by credit card other than through PayPal Overall not simple and easy to use.

Genuinely terrible. The quality of the dress is so bad and looks nothing like the displayed picture. The customer service is slow and unhelpful and replied after DAYS. Such a scam. I’d never ever recommend this to anybody
First time using this app
First time using this app and the first time buying a Saree. I didn’t know what to expect but I’m totally surprised with the great work their stitching team produced with my personal fitting. I found Mirraw to be a great online shopping site and would buy again.

Make it more user friendly. Wanted to use cash on delivery option but it doesn’t allow. Secondly, stitching for blouse - doesn’t specify if there is extra charges for adding pads. I am now waiting for the refund of that money I paid for custom stitching I paid. Little frustrating 😐

I always shopping from online website ,this was my first indian website ,i ordered 6dresses one month ago ,but still 3is pending!!the 3dresses which i got their quality dammm poor!! scame!! stitching is below the belt!!I want to return but shipping coast is too high so It's not possible even if you hear their policy you will shock,they hve all the criteria that you could not return their products at any coast,that means your money ,your lose your sacrifice!! they will just sell disgusting products & you can not do anything without crying!! Customer service is very poor!!i i tried to contact with them thousand of times no response!!It's my last time shopping from any indian website!! they took my 200dollar!!

Recently I bought a long kurti which is very beautiful same like the picture they shown and the stuff is also nice. Just one issue with the length that’s too long otherwise money well spent.

J’ai acheter 3 articles sur ce site, y a 2 sur 3 qui sont bien sinon le reste pas terrible. La qualité pas top les couleurs du haut ne correspond pas du tout au foulard comme vu sur la photo et la couture pas bien cousue du tout, le haut la plus part des strass était partit quand j’ai ouvert le colis ! Déçue et c’est pas vraiment donner ! Je vous déconseille !

Do Not Buy Please, Before you read
I recently ordered from Mirraw and they Canceled my Order due to low inventory. They returned me the cost but not Shipping, Taxes, Extra Amount paid for Edging n Falling. When enquired, As a Policy Mirraw only returns Cost of the Product. After I gave a negative review. They refunded the money but their representatives in my case (Pooja) , continuously sending me message to change my review. I told her I m out of town. I will come back on Tuesday n do it. Wednesday 12 am in the morning, She is again sending message . Again at 8am They won't let you sleep either .

I had a really good experience ordering from Mirraw. I needed help with choosing the correct blouse styles and entering all my stitching measurements, and Umar from the support team was very patient and helpful. He guided me step by step and made sure I understood how to submit everything properly. I especially appreciated how responsive he was and how he answered all my questions about sizing and design changes. It made me feel more confident placing my order. The process for custom stitching was much easier than I expected. Overall, I’m happy with the service and looking forward to receiving my outfit. I would order again and recommend Mirraw to others who want custom-stitched traditional wear.

Absolutely no follow up. Once received a dupatta when I ordered saree. Tried to raise dispute. No response . Another time ordered 2 sarees. Received only one. Wasn’t even notified. No refund was given too
