This is an absolute third-class app—it is far better to order from Amazon instead. I ordered two dresses, and since one didn't fit, I placed a return request. They never shared the pickup agent's contact details, yet I kept receiving false updates claiming the agent had already visited. I filed a complaint and offered to share CCTV footage and my call logs to prove that no one ever showed up or called, but no one cares. I contacted customer care 3–4 times; each time they promised to send someone, but it has been 5–7 days and nobody has arrived. I will never purchase anything from here again!

Clothing problems
Too childish.I searched for pink suit for teen girls they were showing suits that were not even in fashion and were tooooo childish.They should look up at pinterest up to date and most beautiful and fashionnable things and clothes.I wish they take inspos from pinterest.

Delivery is not as shows at time of order

So apparently you can’t view your order after placing it if you’ve logged in as a guest user, it doesn’t tell you you’re logged in as guest either.(I do have an account I just wasn’t aware I wasn’t logged in since I did enter my mobile no) This is a glitch that should be fixed on the app. MAKE SURE YOU'RE EMAIL LOGGED IN Luckily Stephanie from the service team was able to send me screenshots of all the orders placed (20+ items) good service on her part. I had been back and forth with other agents all morning with little to no result. Hope Nykaa fixes this issue soon.

Issue with change in shipping country
By default, the app took my location and showed the shipping country to be US. I just wanted to check if it can be shipped to India. It worked. Later when I wanted to change the shipping back to US, it doesn’t show the option to change.

Trying to use from outside India
Recently got a recommendation about Nykaa Fashion from a friend. Trying to order something from outside India to be delivered within India but getting an error that international currency is not supported and there is no option to change the currency to INR. This is not expected from such a brand. There should be an option to order in INR even from outside the country. I know all other competitive stores do support it. If basic functionality of ordering is not supported, then app should not be listed globally. Hope this gets some attention.

Needs Improvement in Chat Support
Everytime chat gets disconnected in case go back to the app for any info. Again have to initiate the chat from starting, resulting disconnection from the ongoing chat.
Don’t prefer this app..it is so frustrating
They don’t even let customers know if a product is out of stock..they need to manage this..when I placed an order they cancelled it after so many days saying it is out of stock..it happened to me again..they should be able to manage atleast this.

A. It’s hard to get a hold of any on customer care that knows what’s happening if anything goes slightly awry B. If your product is viable for replacement and they run out of stock, they do not replace or refund it in any way shape or form. C. Deliveries are rarely done on time, and they all come one piece at a time they various delivery agents and channels which is fairly inefficient

I had a return parcel they called that dilivery was attempted but dilivery was never attempted Myntra returns are far better and easier..
