Serious Concern Regarding Customer Safety & Harassment on OLX
I am extremely dissatisfied with OLX customer safety. I posted an ad related to hair wigs, and my mobile number was visible by mistake. A customer took my number from there and harassed me through repeated WhatsApp video calls. I also filed a harassment report on OLX, but my complaint was not even acknowledged.

Nice app but all the time app shows red dot for new messages but nothing in inbox
Responce is to slow
Ziada tar calls fake agents or olx ka nam par add ki services Denaa walo ki calls ati ha .. views wesa hi kam ata .. na koi khas responce ata .. aj tk koi bhi gari olx par nhi sale hoi ..
No leads
Free ads get almost no views and leads. And irony is they ask for fee when we are deleting those ‘free’ ads.
Umar
Awesome app
Issue
Why do this app says already used this number what should we do now
Search
Must be categorized search in same word like. If i want to search... Honda City 1.5 Aspire. This must be in ur option category rather than everyone writing there own words.
Unacceptable agents and app experience
As soon as you put up a free ad the agents at olx start calling you every single day to sell the ‘Featured’ ad and even with that purchased, the app is slow and the view count is glitchy. It sometimes show the count but most of the times it stays stuck at 0
Make improvement for poating of adds
Olx is best app for sale and pirchase of your household and business items Olx team should ease the process for activating add, why you make unjustified lock for posting adds, give access to every e for posting add
Stunning Online Classified
Thanks OLX for such an incredible services.
Useless search, add based experience only
Search feature is so useless that if you search lights, all you see are featured adds of cars. Nothing relevant comes up anymore and platform is filled with adds only.
Best classified app
Just need to improve categories.
Getting scam calls on the behalf of olx
I kept my number hidden while posting the ad but started getting instant calls claiming that they are from olx and instead of paying via card, send them money to their bank accounts. And when I refuse, they get rude. Where is the privacy? How come these people are stealing my number?
Suggestions
You should add WhatsApp button in olx’s ads so people can directly contact to the person whom they want. Please add WhatsApp button in olx ads

The app doesn’t open most of the time. Whenever I try to open it, I get a network error. It’s a frustrating experience. Specially inbox experience is a nightmare
Chat problem
Chats disappears after reopening the app
Inclusion of new cell number
There should be option of including your preferable cell number in description area instead of redracted number
App doesn’t open in first attempt
Always have to close the app and open again. It never opens in first attempt. Also occasionally chats don’t load up.

Problem
I have been using Olx for almost nine years. During this time, I have sold many phones, bikes and cars. Many times, I have seen many opportunities that have proven to be beneficial to me later. The issue I am facing is that I wear glasses and my eyesight is weak, so I can’t find dark mode on settings could you please help me and And even if I go to settings, they show me a note that says” please check your internet/ Network connection can you fix this
3rd Class App - 4th Class Service
Always have to open app twice for it to run. Process to make it run: 1. Open App 2. Get stuck on black logo screen 3. Close app 4. Remove from recent apps 5. Open again Keep getting 1000+ promotional notifications even when have all notifications from app turned off. About Service: Ads are priced way too expensive for any market. No ad should be over PKR50-100 for 30 days Even after paying ridiculous amounts for featured ad, although your ad will get the featured sticker but your ad still won’t be visible on first 7-10 pages Useless app Pathetic service
