Great products, but delivery is too slow
I love ordering from Metro Online because the items are always fresh and everything is correct. However, the delivery takes far too long. I had to wait several hours to get my order. If you can make the delivery faster, this would easily be a 5-star app. Please work on improving this!

Worst experience ever
I ordered a TV online for my mother from USA, I ordered because I trusted this store. They were supposed to deliver on the coming Tuesday but didn’t deliver and didn’t even inform what’s happening, after 10 days they cancelled the order saying it’s out of stock without even informing. 4 days have passed and I still haven’t gotten my refund for the order and no refund issue email, absolutely pathetic communication and customer service.

Today I have downloaded the app & trying to fulfill my details but mobile number it is not accepting asking to provide landline number. Most important am from Kolkata but don’t know why Jammu Kashmir my location is showing. Trying to change the location but that also not helpful. Pathetic.

Order self returned by metro
I placed a grocery order through metro online app 1st time and paid full amount through my credit card also received confirmation message. Next day again receive message your order has been returned . Still i am waiting… no one has contacted me regarding this issue or for any clarification

Apps crashes every time. Every time new issue we have to face. Now the delivery day and time slot option is not working.

Too much delay in order delivery, I had to pick up the order from the delivery man from the road a few miles away as he said his mobile is not working and he asked the warden to call me and asked to come over and pick the order, it was inconvenient time for delivery at 9 pm

Metro App Not Working
I have been using the application for quite some time but for the last week or so the app is not working. Not displaying any option, category, product, nothing. It’s blank. I have even updated the version, still the same issue. Please assist. Thank you.
Few problems that I faced
First of all it’s a good app. But these issues need to be addressed by BlueEx devs. 1- When you tap on search bar there is no home button. If I keep searching and want to go back to the the home screen I have to tap on Back many times to get there. 2- Even if I’m logged in and I have added some products in the cart If I want to close the app to complete my cart maybe later, the cart is cleared once the app is closed. It should save the cart items. You did not implement the cart feature very well. 3- If I want to save the cart, it will bring the login screen even If I am already logged in. If login again and save the cart it does not save it. Your Cart feature is very buggy and does NOT do well. It needs attention.

Unable to login or check my previous order
I had a problem with my last delivered order, i guess I received less items while i have paid more. Many items were missing, i wanted to check my order on the app but it continuously says “status error 404” and now I’m unable to even login to it. You need to fix this app. 🙏

This is ThE best super store in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. I ordered my shopping online from Metro and received my groceries on time as they mentioned time/day . All my ordered groceries were fresh and well packed . Thank you METRO I will keeping ordering my groceries from you . 👍👍👍👍
Doesn’t even load
Stuck in loading screen for ever. Tried uninstalling reinstall everything, nothing worked.
