Awful app
I’ve given Modanisa so many chances to improve, but it seems like development is their last priority. The app is incredibly slow, buggy, and prone to crashing. What’s worse is the lack of basic product specifications; I can spend hours searching for an item only to find zero details about the fabric or fit. I end up leaving the app without buying anything because the information simply isn't there. It’s 2026—there is no excuse for an e-commerce app to be this 'backward' and laggy. I’m officially done.

Software update needed
In love buying throw Modanisa, they have huge variety with good quality/price report However, such a huge operation must have a strong system that us able to handle a big number of users without crashing and also must be able to simultaneously update the availability of the products deducting any confirmed item from the list…

I like Modanisa app but there are some bugs that annoys me during shopping: It restarts a lot It’s slow The sizes are not shown in cm for each size There are no enough reviews with images

Great
Great app
Terrible Terrible Terrible
I used to be a big fan of Modanisa a couple of years ago, but now everything has changed. Zero credibility! The worst customer service I’ve ever seen! They send the wrong products or colors and refuse to admit it or deal with it and stop replying. They also delete the bad reviews on their products, and they change the prices from day to day in an unreasonable way. In addition to that, they don’t have any good styles any more. One extra thing: the app needs a lot of improvement. The user experience is bad. I wish they stayed the way they used to be. I’ve changed to other better brands.
