I had £4000 then a soon as I requested a transfer they took money from my pension would never recommend this pension i work with 400 people and I will do my best to make sure they don’t use people’s pension set up a nest pension it’s a better provider
Basic.. too basic
I can now login (app goes down for weeks at a time)., Unlike my other pension provider this app is too basic. Very little data available apart from last payment and current value. No charts, no history.
Can’t change my investment on app
There should be a simpler way to change investments on app, I have been trying to change to sharia compliant investments but I couldn’t because there’s no clear explanation on how to actually switch, just what it entails

Glitchy app
The app works but half the time womt allow you to sign it it keeps glitching closing then reopening. I constantlg check fo make sure its up to date but it always says it is but it is a ongoing issue

When you try to edit personal details it then takes you to the website, the whole point of the app should be to use instead of the website. And I tried to edit a phone number and it takes you to a reset your entire account. Please make the app fully functional so we don’t have to use a hybrid app/website service. Also I don’t want to email your tell us more address as I’m telling you here and don’t like repeating myself

Great to quickly see an overview of performance but not enough in-depth info without going online. I’d like more control from within the app.

I’ve tried to register and fill in all the information and it won’t allow me to continue without a customer number? How do you get a customer number before even registering
Was working but now it’s not
Keeps saying “People’s Pension wants to use identity.peoplespartnership.com” on loading the app, but regardless of whether I choose confirm or cancel it glitches and reloads the app. Only a recent problem. IPhone 14 Pro user here.

The people pension is very important to me and also helps me track my pension and my work pension is with them and they are trying hard to find it for me
Pretty pointless - no info or features
This is such a disappointing app for my workplace pension. Aside from telling you your balance, it doesn’t do anything! You can’t view really obvious stuff like how much you’ve contributed, gains/losses, performance over time, what portfolio/funds or risk level you have (let alone any ways to change them). What else is a pension app for?! Really hope it gets improved but it’s been like this as long as I’ve had it through lots of updates with virtually no change. Pls do better!
