I am a great fan of PensionBee and find the App incredibly easy to use and it is very well laid out. If I have any dealings with PensionBee direct the staff are exceptional in terms of explaining and answering any queries and are the epitome of customer service excellence. Thank you all!
Blank screen
Recently the app has been getting better, more aligned with the website. But the latest update completely broke things. As other reviewers have noticed, it’s now just a blank screen. And I’m on the latest version which claims to have fixed the blank screen issue, but it hasn’t. Don’t people test software before releasing it anymore? PersionBee is supposed to be a ‘fintech’ company - using technology to manage finances. I hope they have better technology than this managing my pension pot.

Great app, transferred my pension over eventually, but easily, but after today’s update, when I open the app I just have a blank white screen! Please fix.
You need a Senior Product Manager to own the App! Poor App experience
The PensionBee app used, to be simple and polished but since the latest update the UX/UI has taken a big step backwards. On iPhone the app doesn’t even properly fill the screen anymore, leaving huge unused areas and making the whole experience feel poorly optimised and unfinished. For a financial app, this doesn’t really signal quality and trust. Even though the functionality for managing my pension is there; visually it’s a mess, and ultimately puts me off using the app entirely. This is MVP at best. Please fix the iPhone layout and I will amend my score. From a final ai product perspective, PensionBee is a great service otherwise. Thumbs (nearly) up!

Broken app
App had a blank screen for a while. An update is release, no blank screen but… after entering personal details and entering the address, manually because postcode search is broken… it’s words not mine, then won’t progress past the address screen after pressing the Yellow next button. Stuck…. So, you’ve replaced one broken app with another slightly different broken app!
Simple
I was nervous about using PensionBee initially. I thought it would be a complicated process, transferring my pensions but it was so simple and now I feel much not in control!

I’ve had the best experience with PensionBee. My investments have grown much better than the other investments I’ve made and their customer service is superb. I thoroughly recommend them.

Last update - 29th Sep 2026 - when the app loads, it's just a white screen. Can't see or do anything on it?

Seems ok, however, keeps crashing.
The app and the user interface seems easy and friendly to use, however, when adding pensions the app keeps crashing. I have tried closing the app and reading the pension, and still experience the same problem.

Latest update a fail… … it needed a full de/ re-install to work. The app itself, and service I’ve had, is great though.

Since the last update I can no longer log in! No help from customer service Moving pensions and removing the app
Basic, but does what it needs to do
It's not a bad little app. Given the large text I have set, it’s a little hard to use in some places, but it does the job. It could use some modernisation, though. Face ID, for one, should be a standard feature for apps today. I would love them to add widgets for the home screen. I've started using apps that offer this, and I would love Pensionable to follow suit and add some options for us.
Hard to use Internationally
It is hard to set up and manage internationally eg to set up the account and security. Is there a non telephone number way to talk?

Love PensionBee they did all the work in funding my old pensions and combining them all. Would most certainly recommend them. Very happy ☺️
About the last update
Last update make it worse now the screen it’s white blank and that’s it I don’t have the access again . I sending them email if the issue it’s not fix it ., I will transfer my pension to another provider
Slow to show funds
The app shows that funds have been received from my pension provider a few days ago but are not yet showing as invested.
Best Pension Option
I was looking for a way to access my pension on my terms when I wanted to. Pension Bee has been absolutely superb at growing my pension as well As allowing me to access it at any time. Allowing me to see the growth in the app and withdrawing money as I wanted. Highly recommend.
Cant log in?!
Tried to log in using an existing account. I enter my email, password, and pin. Then it asks for NI number, so I enter that too. App says it’s already registered, please sign in to existing account. That’s what I was doing! So click the existing account button, and it’s an endless loop of the same problem. I cannot physically sign in!
Please fix bottom toolbar
The bottom toolbar is still cut off on newer iPhones

Better than expected
Easy to use, haven’t even put regular payments in just as and when, but its gone up and up in total. Really pleased so far had it a couple of years

Still pending 4 days after making personal contributions. Too slow in updating statement. Pension value also drops too quickly- losing thousands in just a few days is ridiculous.

Nice but pointless calculator
The calculator is visually appealing but it only shows nominal amounts, no growth and no inflation adjustments. It’s pointless.
