Good banking experience
Good experience with CIMB OCTOBiz so far. The UIUX is clean and easy to navigate, very convenient in managing business banking. Overall, a solid and user-friendly platform
Misleading Favourite Setup in CIMB Click
The “Save as Favourite” process is misleading. CIMB Clicks asks users to manually enter an Account Holder Name separately from the Nickname, which gives the impression that the account holder name will be verified against the account number. However, it appears the system can save the Favourite without confirming that the entered name matches the actual recipient. This interface contributed to me transferring RM5,228.33 to the wrong account. A banking system handling financial transfers should provide clearer warnings and stronger recipient verification when saving Favourite accounts.

I had problems scheduling more than 2 payments to LHDN on bizchannel. I was promised better functionality on Octobiz. Now you cannot directly pay corporate tax from Octobiz AT ALL, let alone schedule ANY LHDN corporate tax payment. What kind of business banking interface doesn’t allow you to pay your corporate tax? Octobiz is moving “back(wards) to the future!”

I contacted CIMB, they asked me to download this app and fill in company information. There is no such thing. This app asked us to key in login information, NO NEW USER registration.
CIMB OCTO BIZ on iOS 26.5
The app failed to load on iOS26.5 beta. Some apps also failed to load. Apple should fix it quickly.

CIMB OCTO BIZ ni sangat menyusahkan. 1. selalu tak detect QR pembayaran 2. takde button SecureTAC 3. lambat masa untuk share resit selepas pemindahan bayaran. 5. banyak ads waktu buka apps 6. wajib masukkan reference waktu transaksi. 7. banyak kali kena masukkan pin number waktu transaksi. 8. kena masukkan resident/non resident waktu transaksi. and the list goes. overall saya boleh katakan OCTO BIZ is a downgrade from OCTO personal. how i wish saya boleh pakai apps OCTO PERSONAL untuk bussiness account saya macam dulu.
Login Issue
Updated yesterday 24/2/26, after 12-hours cooling period, received an email to login as usual. Somehow, the page doesnt recognised the saved password in passkey, and it was difficult to enter the auto-generated password manually. Please look into this dev
