Hi, nice upgrade! But please find your way to fix the problem where it does not display the actual / right amount of the current account balance. Good job guys!
Difficult to access
When I wanted to use it while abroad, may account was locked for some reason and the only way to release it was to go to my original branch location. Absolutely stupid thought process for something suppose to be digital. Very disappointed with PBB. I suggest using different banks who have better platforms.

Kill switch button located at a prone to click area
Please relocate the The kill switch button. Currently the button located at a prone to click spot when notification secure sign pop up appears at the same location
Stupid Apps
Just only can approve transactions, if you want to make a transaction you have to log in in website.
Unable to launch app
App crashing and exits when opened, unable to do TAC, please work it out.
Public Bank is the worst bank
You can’t use online transfer on the phone, and it took years to apply for an account. Need token everytime you make transaction

Not user friendly and complicated app.
Nonsense app
What’s the point of having an app when you can do any transaction on the app???? If you want to improve the app, make sure you have an expert to do the work!! One of the worst app to use for business!!!! Already a hassle to go to the bank and wait for ages just to do a transaction. Buck up!!!!

The browser keep loading and unable to access the page.

Login without problem but cannot do anything as the session is logout even before you can do anything. Totally useless app.
