I’ve been a customer of Hong Leong Bank for over 10 years. Unfortunately, the experience with your mobile banking app has become increasingly disappointing. The recurring MOB0066 error—which blocks basic access and functionality—is unacceptable. It’s frustrating not only because of the error, but also the lack of any clear explanation or fix. I’ve lost trust in the app’s reliability, and this was the final straw. I’ll be closing my account and moving my assets to another bank that takes digital banking seriously. Thank you for the past years, but it’s time to move on.
No auto night mode
Please make night mode into auto mode according to system settings instead of a switch to toggle. My system settings is auto light mode during the day and dark mode at night. Please make it auto. Thanks.

I tried to open a business account, after filling all if the details, i am unable to proceed at the Tell us your business industry section, I am unable to choose and before getting to that section, theres a message saying no record found

I am extremely disappointed with this app. It's not user-friendly at all and lacks flexibility. Despite personally calling their customer service center, I still cannot remove a device from my account. Moreover, my funds are now locked up and can't be used. This is completely unacceptable and has caused me a lot of frustration. I would not recommend this app to anyone until these issues are resolved.

Great UI/UX design
Personally out of so many bank app out there, I still find HLB app aesthetic and standard icons, perfect sizing and spaces for each buttons and most importantly easy to use and navigate. Kudos to the IT and design team!
Crappy security
App says password wrong after face id, dont even let me key in my password manually. After i uninstall and redownload, this stupid app tell me to remove my device to access the app, but the device im trying to installing on now is exactly the same as the one i was just using! How to remove? Now i cannot install app, cannot log in, cannot use token for web

Poorer New app UI design
I used to like Hong Leong bank mobile app design, it’s innovative and easy to use, however this new app UI need better review and amendment, for eg, the fund transfer steps, which is one of the most commonly used function, the screen keep rolling up and down, confusing and cause me dizzy looking at it, hopefully can fine tune, thanks

Every time app loading issue
It is really sad nowadays to use HLB. At most the time when I login it keep loading and indicate that there are issues. This happened usually day time, when I have to payment or transfer. It really frustrates me. Unlike my another bank CIMB, there usually no issue for me to login and my transaction is absolutely ease and simple! If you are in urgent better don’t rely HLB, especially payment. Else you will get shame and disappointed with the app!
真的难用
最近几天因为APP登陆问题导致需要重新设置密码，结果手机无论如何都收不到HLB connect code，电话印度客服语言沟通各种不方面。今天电脑网络银行改进可以登陆了，手机删除APP后再下载希望可以登陆，结果还是收不到短信。真的太无语。看评论都是三年前的，这个毛病三年了都没改进吗？
User-friendly and Efficient
The app layout is clean and navigating through my accounts is seamless. Transferring funds and paying bills only takes a few taps. Very dependable for daily use!
