Screen freeze
The app runs smooth except when I download a receipt and share it to another platform the screen freezes. I had to kill the app and log in again just to download and share another receipt. Please fix it.
Bug need to fix urgently
After making a transaction and sharing the receipt in whatsapp to receipent, the app get stuck, after that have to restart and re login everytime to make new transaction. I am currently using iphone 11pro
Not detail enough
For Maker; Transfer Limit not shown on setting. Transfer limitations for duitnow and giro should be list on transfer page in app. For checker; Transfer limitations should show to maker too, else once rejected both party have to redo the transfer all over again. Sharing transfer/approval slip hangs the app over whatsapp, please rectify. 6/6/2026

I can’t send the bank slip smoothly after I transfer, I need to relog in again and again if there few bank slip waiting to send…..stupid app
Bugs when sharing receipt
Once I share receipt the app freeze, so I have to log in 10 times when I have 10 receipt to share, and it’s really annoying, hope can fix it soon

The app hangs everytime i save or send a receipt via Whatsapp. I have to re-log in everytime each receipt is saved/sent. Its driving me crazy!

Problem with pdf
After doing a transaction, the thing got stuck if wanted to send pdf. Have to restart. This problem has been going on with iOS phones for many months
System shuts down after 1 approval
Overtime I approved a payment and share my receipt, your system will freeze. I have re-log in to do another transaction and repeat the same thing if I have more than 1 transactions. So frustrating. It’s been like this for a few months. Come on MAYBANK do better
App Crashing When Uploading Receipt To Whatsapp
Its a bit annoying to have to log in every single transaction because the app will hang or crash whenever one transaction is being sent out via whatsapp. Please fix the bug!

Can y’all just hire someone who actually know how to make an app? System clash. UI UX looks old. Functional not efficient.

When is Maybank going to solve this problem when there are so many similar cases of the app hang after sharing the pymt receipt to clients and can’t revert back to the app???? Hang after approve transaction
Every time i approved any payment, i will share the receipt to telegram @ WhatsApp. And each time i shared the receipt, the apps will hang. I have 2 choices, wait until the apps responds or close the apps & reopen back. Both choices will lead me to log in again. So, when i have 10 transactions to approve, i need to log in 10 times. Very frustrating. Please improve.

Lagging / stop response
I using app to download the receipt. Recently the app is stop response after i download receipt. I have to stop the app and re login again and download next receipt. And keep repeating the same. I have alot of receipts need to download and this became very annoying. Pls rectify the issue
