Why do you block us from screenshotting. U dont even have a option for us to save the transactions. What the use when one can use a phone and take a picture. Stupid.

Not able to resolve the locked id issue within the time
Useless app. In this era, pbb still adopted security question. The case management team prompted to call the customer within 5 working days however no one will bother to call back. Call all the customer care lines but no one answers the call. Some customer who stay outside Malaysia will be facing an issue if your bank request us to visit your branches . Zero star for your app if there’s an option for me.

Service , system, customer service more support need to improve..
Sometimes transfers become very difficult. Whenever an issue arises, we usually have to visit an ATM or branch to update or resolve it , but when I am outside Malaysia, I simply cannot do anything. I get completely stuck: unable to transfer funds or fix blocks, which is incredibly stressful and inconvenient . especially when I urgently need money while abroad. That is exactly why I find Public Bank’s service hard to depend on. If your systems and customer support were simpler and more accessible, people would definitely choose you over other banks. Why not provide reliable telephone assistance, so problems can be resolved remotely without extra hassle? Compare this to Maybank: whenever I run into trouble such as a blocked card, transfer limits, or transaction errors .I only need to make one call from overseas, and everything is handled smoothly over the phone. True quality service means making life easy for your customers, wherever they may be. Please strive to become more accessible .your clients deserve straightforward, dependable support at all times.

Horrible service, totally unprofessional and not up to standard. Does not respond to your emails or your needs. Even customer service email is useless and not responding after weeks.

Able to see the past 3 years of my acct transactions & FD has helped me with tax filing. I hope to see statements that can consolidate all my accts on one statement soon. Keep upgrading! Appreciated!

So many issue with PB secureSign, couldn’t detect and the Need help section wasn’t helpful at all. Also setting challenge questions was full of bug, can’t proceed with mobile app, kept promoting error instead of solutions to fix it

Developers are lazy to implement support for older versions of the app, not even 1 version older. Every time I use once a month I’m forced to update the app as I can’t use it without updating it.

App crashes after 9 Sep 2025 update – unusable on iPhone 6s Plus
Since the 9 Sep 2025 update, the MyPB app crashes immediately on launch on my iPhone 6s Plus (iOS 15.2). I contacted Public Bank many times – they only reply that “IT is investigating” but give no fix, no timeline, no workaround. As a customer living in Singapore, I am now forced to travel into Johor Bahru just to use my SecureSign token. This is unacceptable for essential banking access.

If you transfer money and want to send a receipt, remember to do it after the transfer, else after that you can’t do it anymore, and you also cannot take screenshots as well as the picture will be black
