Unable to login to existing account
The app expects you to only register with your NRIC or passport after you download. There is no option in the UI to sign in to your existing account. Based on others’ reviews, it seems this is still not fixed even after one year.

Number phone cannot change
I really hope the phone number can change by ourself. Because to go Aeon credit. Need to take a time. So need to fix the system for changing number
Always unable to connect
Have not been able to connect and open the app whenever I’m using 4G/5G. Can only open with WiFi. What’s the point? At the supermarket or store, there is no wifi to connect to in order to open the app. All the points supposedly earned from the last 2 years has not been captured AT ALL. TERRIBLE app!!
CASHLESS
Aeon Debit card has been a pleasant experience, as it accrues points, though the accumulation is moderate, given my considerable expenditures at the supermarket. I am puzzled, nonetheless, by the requirement to load up with cash when its purpose is to be cashless. Maybe, in the near future, we can consider uploading funds from our YouTrip card, if we do not have a local bank account.

App Not Working on Older Phones
After the latest update, your app no longer works on my father's phone. Customer service said it's because the phone is "too old." It's unreasonable to expect users to buy a new phone just to use your app. Please improve compatibility or offer a version that supports older devices. A good app should adapt to users—not the other way around

Unable to key in PIN number
I couldn’t enter the PIN number I received via sms. There is no field for me to fill in. I’m using iPhone 14 iOS 26.2.

Login problem, unable receive OTP through sms to Singapore mobile phone although phone number already up to date at customer service, these update make us very uncomfortable and useless

Who is the genius who create the new app and make everyone not able to log in. Call ,email, walk in customer service also unable to solve my account. Decide to just use all my top up cash and dont bother to use the card anymore. 3000 points donate to yr bank so can hired smarter app creator. No need to thank me. Good job.
