IC Verification Keeps Freezing / Can’t Access My Loan Account
I can log in, but I can’t get past the IC verification. I want to check my loan account, but the verification screen gets stuck and freezes. I can’t even exit the screen. I updated the app to the latest version, but the problem is still the same. Could you guys please fix this issue?

Worst app ever
This app keeps loading and appeared as system maintenance even I just logged in 5mins ago. Can’t download the statement and not sure why ask us to use this app if this app is not maintain well. I would prefer to make transaction in the website.
Not user friendly
I just wanted to check my ptptn balance and the web forced me to download this apps! I’ve tried ekyc by uploading my IC and face scan multiple times and it showed failed. End result, the apps and me to proceed to the counter!
Worst app ever
The app kept crashing for no reason. If you’re going to rely on this app for all services might as well make it user friendly. Please improve.

First time i ever review an app, and i must proudly give it to you. Ask to verify ic via app. Cant even take photo. If your own people can’t develop the app, spend money on other developer.

I entered correct password but unable to login and then tried resetting the password also unable to reset. The UI/UX performance is quite poor and frustrating…
