Gone are the days of non complicated straightforward banking apps. Appreciate the simplicity of listing out what I need to use daily.
Allianceonline Mobile app DISAPPOINTED!
This is the worst banking app I have ever used. I already registered my account on the website, but here it asks me to register again? What is going on? This app is extremely frustrating and annoying!

Constantly having account deactivated issue. Please improve!
Not User Friendly
it's a bit hard for me to view my cc and loan. because when i activate it register, only cc appear but not loan. they should do something like maybank or cimb for interface. we're in 2026 yet the app is outdated

Failed login & Need to send sms
I failed to activate my account and I switch to login online. Guess what? It states I already login and I need to retry after 30min due to security purpose. Hello? I failed in activation stage? How is it consider a login? This app is so useless and the process is think by a dumb dumb or what?
News Section Empty
Please fixed the bugs that the news section is Empty. .
Apps Malfunction?
Why couldn’t I proceed paying my credit card statement through the app since yesterday (read 25/09/2025) until now it keeps on crashing. Payday just in and the cc grace period is almost time. Don’t make me being charged bcs of it.

This banking app is a disaster. It feels like they never even tested it before releasing it. Please invest in proper app development—it’s 2025, not 2010!

My experience Log in cut off time(e.g after 11pm—) Using Face ID Apps will appear wrong password or ID. If continues 3 time account will lock
Still can’t use the app
After so long, the issue still persists, hello? What’s your IT department doing? How am I gonna do my transaction if the apps won’t approve anything or provide me with the OTP?

Problem in log in
I registered on the web site to log in. I also made my first login. But I can't login in the software. The web page says that I logged in on another phone. But I didn't log in on another phone.

I am your customer who are living abroad most of the time. Your apps is require Sim Card Authentication which created hassle when we are abroad without Malaysia SIM card on hand. Please improve your apps and study from other bank such as Maybank, CIMB and etc.
