UI/UX reflects badly on your tech department
Can we just talk about how bad this app’s UI/UX is? I find it difficult to trust a bank and put my savings there when they can’t even improve or see the importance of good UI/UX (especially this day and age). It reflects badly on your tech department that are also responsible for the security of my account. It’s not like a good UI/UX is a rarity nowadays, enough time has past for you to take a look into this and yet your app still look outdated. I’m moving to HSBC. Bye.

Terrible app
The app is so slow and always hang on loading.
Easy to use but, no Show My DuitNow QR
Frequently used features are easy to use. But accessibility and UI/UX for other features are small and bad. Users are also unable to Show My DuitNow QR which is widely available in all banks.
Developer Mode
Unable to open the app due to developer mode enabled. Should handle it better, other banks manage to accomplish better security practices

Crashes every week after new update12.15.3
There have been serious challenges where the app crashes every week and cannot be used until temporary pin is generated which takes atleast 24 hours . So one is stuck in case of emergencies for transfer of money and transactions. It pretty sad for a bank like SC to have customer support which so so poor!!
App reconstruction
App could use a little more better overhaul in terms of the interface as sometimes it glitches and can only see white screen when choosing pages
Very slow and dated
The app is very slow and the user experience feels old. It needs a major redesign. I can’t make a quick QR payment - takes forever in each step. Overall navigation is slow too. Screen goes blank and takes a long time for the next screen to appear. Definitely needs an overhaul.

Worst App Nowadays
It was really good but nowadays frequently crashing and id is locked automatically. Obtaining SC mobile key is hell lot of issues and no one responds call.

App is frequently crashing while doing chat with customer care . In Dark mode also, cant see customer care sent message. Unable to attach file while doing chat. Even sometimes iphone is getting shutdown while using SCB app. Please look-into the issues.

If customer didn’t received statement via email, pls make the simplest way to customer to request through internet banking..my experience,tried to request for few times but the result keep rejected.

Bad app bad bank
I had been your banking customer for more than 10 years, what horrific experience I had was one of the cash on cash acc payment did not appear in my app, as i have multiple installment plans that i am i currently paying, it was totally missing in the app and i didn't realise it, until my cards were blocked, now worse is, the mobile sc pin had also gone crazy, it kept prompting non stop despite the correct pin which i had already changed it once and worse it just entirely blocked me from accessing my own bank account, your app is ridiculous and it had caused me to default one of my payment and no one had gotten back to me after i had spoken to your collection department which they say just wait for investigation like they don't care. bad app and bad banking service. very disappointed

Sc My app is damn bad. Force to upgrade the app but unable to complete the device registration. It eventually lock my account and request me to call the hotline. I end up need to spend >1 hour to get the hotline response to me. What’s wrong with the implementation team. A very Low grade experience

Not working - always say 'no internet connection'
I have been able to use this app to access my Account until the last few months where it always say 'no internet connection' whenever I tried to log in. Yet if I were to go to the desktop version using my phone, it logs in no problem with the same internet connection.
