Cannot see credit card transaction details for last 60 days. All other bank apps can see. Only UOB bank cannot see.

Updated twice in the last few days
I don’t know why keep making us update within 10 days again I have to call in Becuase it can’t work after the update and they keep passing the line around . And they keep verifying yr particulars which in the first place is not even my fault for not Able to access the app . Pls make our update easier for us

Please make QR payments faster. There's no need for 2 or 3 extra confirmation steps—it's time-consuming and inconvenient.

Not user friendly lots of error
Not user friendly. Keep asking me to key in my pin repeatedly x3, requested for sms OTP verification but it wasn’t send to me even though I initiated the sms otp for few times. Finally I called in to UOB hotline and there are verification code sent out for the dial in. Then there was 4 codes sent to me at once. ( inclusive of the previous codes for UOB tomorrow apps) which is very confusing. When I called in the person taking my call seems blur and doesn’t give clear explanation to my issues.

Need to login every single time
I see other reviews and the issues are same and similar. Everytime, I need to login my account in the app again and again. I need to key username and password. UOB Singapore is much better, able to login with face recognition. Why don’t fix this issue first??
Managing account
Tried to increase daily transfer limit but hv to wait 24 hrs… same thing when trying to activate the acct after buying a new phone. Why can’t we just call to activate the actions.
Easy to use
Very easy to use , I like it.. I’ve been using the UOB mobile app regularly, and it has made my banking experience much more convenient. The app is user-friendly, transactions are fast, and I like the security features such as biometric login. I can easily transfer money, pay bills, and keep track of my finances on the go. The design is clean and professional, and updates keep improving the app. Definitely a must-have for UOB customers!

Tedious badly designed app
One of the worst banking app around. Constantly have to login and verify sign in with so many steps. Even after opting for faceid still need 2FA every single time and every transaction. And using duitnow also need so many steps each time.
Face ID doesn’t work
The app has asked to switch on Face ID a dozen times but still prompts to enter login ID and password each time.

I have to log in with OTP verification twice and reset up the face recognition every time I log in to the app.

Pls allow at least one transaction or defer app update when new update becomes available. Often user need to perform immediate urgent transaction but not able to as app update is required with no option to defer update.

I try to update the new application but it cannot download. Now I totally cannot access the app to do any transaction. I rather UOB does not do the upgrading. What should I do now

there wasn’t “set up secure PIN” option after clicking the UOB Access as instructed. Instead, One Time Password or Transaction Signing Code only.

Promotion spam
Notification needs to be turned on so that the App can allow access to some functions when logging on through a computer. But when notification is on, the app will spam promos onto the phone every few days.
The app and the IT desk are hopeless!
Not sure if it is the app or the UOB IT support team in general, I have experienced a several issues when trying to obtain the SMS-OTP passcode AFTER I was advised to activate UOB Access on the app since late May 2023. It has been a week now and it still cannot be fixed. Piece of advice UOB, when you UOB Access is not ready to be used please do not set a deadline for activation!! I’m now being restricted from accessing the online banking as well as using your UOB TMRW on my phone. Fix it will you?
Transfer limit
Transfer limit was changed to RM50,000 yesterday afternoon, but now can’t transfer RM40,000
Usability issues.
Overpaid my credit card because scheduled transactions don’t show and payment doesn’t execute earlier in the day. When I called up the Visa Infinite customer support, they told me to use the website to check. SMS OTP just to view transactions is very annoying and insecure as a second factor.
Lousy instructions!!
I tried many times to set up mighty secure. The instructions are lousy, not easy to follow. I kept getting wrong password message. Not clear!! Why can’t I set it up in PC!!!!? It’s tough to use handphone to set up this kind of function! Developer is not pragmatic at all! Wasted my time. I wanted to do FPX transfer but couldn’t get it done and it’s passed midnight and my daily limit was wasted. Gonna change bank to do this kind of transactions. Lousy system!
