Horrible App
Horrible and useless app! Activated my account and was told that I need to deposit $20 to activate the account. I did it and then when i try to transfer it out, the app says that their service is under maintanence. And guess what?? ITS BEEN 2 weeks!! How “efficient” is their team. Very questionable. AVOID this app at all cost!

Almost every few days, there are attempts from overseas to use my card fraudelently. If forgot to freeze card, the money wil be gone.

Lost opportunity
This app has lost its relevance in a world filled with travelers . With advent of YOUTRIP and WISE, BIGPay has failed to improve services . Hence , this app/ service is not recommended for travelers and tourist .

The app is hacked mailing address never gets update to the new one !!!!
I had updated my mailing address thru the BigPay app 2 months ago but the card delivery consignment still printed to the old address!!!! When I rejected the delivery by courier company it’s returned back to BigPay HQ!!!! No one do anything about it!!! I am left with no card for months!!! Several complaints submitted via app chat NO response, the customer service line NO answer as well!!! Something fishy about this company I will proceed to report to the authorities
No support for apple pay?
Great app nevertheless, but my only concern is that why is there still no support for Apple Pay? It would really be most convenient as I can pay using my phone/apple watch, alongside better and improved security. Please do try to make this feature available asap! 🙏🏼

App freezes
I recently registered for the card, while waiting for it to arrive I wanted to see the card details. But whenever I toggle it the app seems to freeze and all I can see is the blue background. Even if I restart the app, same thing happens.

The best debit card for travelers. The reason I don’t give 5 stars is because they don’t support Apple Pay
No real debit card support.
Used to be when I initially started using the service/app they had support for ALL debit cards. Including for those issued abroad. Not many months after I initially got onboard support for international debit cards were cancelled. And now timing out while in the final stages of verifying payments is increasingly an issue.
App won’t load after update
I love this app. I use it almost everyday as I travel a lot. I updated the app 2 days ago and the only thing that loads is the policy update notice... and nothing on the page is even clickable. Please fix this ASAP guys... I’m depending on you 🥺 thanks!

I honestly love this product. I started using it to track my spending and try to increase my savings (send my weekly budget to BIGPAY and keep my “savings” in my traditional account) and it’s been so helpful in helping me track what I’m overspending on and where I can save more! I saved $500 in my first month! I recommend to all my friends - really enjoy using this product
Account is insecure and account compromised with unauthorised transactions but lack of support!
My account was compromised with 3 unauthorised transactions yet I am notified until I log in after 40 days. They do not help you get back after 40 days. I used this to buy flight ticket but I won’t travel every 40 days! Do not use this app!

Really useful and easy to use
When it’s not working it’s terrible
When it’s working it’s fine. But during times like CNY, and busy times, they just stop working, can’t send money to other country. And recently they have system update, and now can’t transfer money at all. There’s notification “visa verification status missing”. And when you contact the customer service, it’s like always they never come back to you right away. Took them a few hours to only say “we will check” and then like always, no respond (this happen many years), until only a few weeks/1 month later the apps works again. So I suppose the same this time?? Very very bad like this. And you can’t predict when it’s gonna happen. And you money that you want to transfer then just stuck with them until the app can work again (which dont know when!!) Last time was even worst? They took the money from my big pay account as if the transaction was successful but there’s no record transaction ever happen, and my receptions never receipt it. It also took them 1 month to refund my money. Crazy
No longer receiving notifications
Arguably BigPay has been really convenient in making day to day transactions, i especially like how every time i make a transaction and i’ll get notifications on my phone right the second. However after the first 2-3 weeks i no longer receive notifications anymore, it happens to few of my friends too.
Innovative app with users in mind
The app was not working on the first day I downloaded the app as it kept asking me to enter the Secure PIN over and over again, but subsequently working fine the next day, I guess it could have been some issue at the backend. Nonetheless, the user experience has been quite good afterward, I received the debit card within a few days and able to use the full functions of the app. I tried to use the fund transfer feature to transfer some money to Malaysia, the exchange rate easily beats the rate offered by most of the other banks. The overseas transfer also just took 2 days to reach my bank account in Malaysia. Overall, happy with what BigPay has brought to me, will continue to support the app!
Cashback Balance Does Not Work
The cashback balance in my wallet does not automatically transferred to my main wallet account after purchase made with “settled”’position. Issue highlighted with many many calls. But every time is the same answer that the tech team is still looking into it!!!! It is coming to one month already and issue still NOT RESOLVED!! I will never trust BigPay again! Will definitely closed this account after issue resolved!!!

Have this app for a long time but in the new version it has a bug when i open it screen goes on flashing and cant use the app maybe a fix in the near future
