Getting multiple illegal loan messages
I’ve been getting multiple loan messages AS IN 5 to 10 text from different numbers promoting their illegal loan services right after signing up the app. Please make sure the app security is actually secure and at least protect user information especially comes from a government app. It will be hard to support local works if the the trust is broken.

Complicated registration
When I changed my phone, I still had significant amount of balance in the apps. The apps ‘refused’ to appear in my new phone that I had to upload a photo of me holding my IC for that complicated verification. The approval took hours. Why not just use latest photo and IC only instead of that embarrassing ‘mugshot’? By the way, the payment experience was good.

Its very hard and not successful at all to verify my own account.. masalah betulah nak verify. Please update your apps .
Please fix
After the iOS update and Sarawak Pay finally worked now it seems that there’s another problem. I had to sign in and it said TAC will be sent via sms. I tried 3 times and still waiting for the TAC
Unable to Subscribe to New Bill
I am unable to add a new bill, particularly the JBALB bill account. The app repeatedly indicates that the account number is invalid, even though the number matches the one stated on the official receipt. Although I am still able to make payments via QR code, I would prefer to register this account in SPayGlobal for convenience and proper record-keeping. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly to improve user experience.
Enlarge font size for the payment amount
Kindly enlarge the font size of payment amount at the confirmation page. It is not elderly friendly and I can’t see the amount during confirmation.

must have a MY number to register, must not have heard of international roaming.
Not user friendly or well thought out
The interface is clunky. Worse of all the verification methods are tedious and not well thought through. Why both a pin and a password? Verification has to be done outside the app. And when changing or updating devices? Wait 30 minutes for it to take place. As if anyone can wait 30 minutes to pay parking or buy something.
Using the app makes me curse so much
Their user verification feature is total bullshxt and has malfunctioned for the longest time ever. I can’t sign in and can’t perform payments. I guess it’s time to switch back to other e-wallets. BOOOO S-PAY. What a shame, please fix your talent pool don’t burden users with all these disruptions!
