Scammer app.
If forgot to stop parking it will charge you overtime. How do people even remember. App supposed to make life easier not harder!
Unable to register under SG number
If the app is able to register with SG number it would be great as I no longer have Malaysia number.
Stop with the pop ups
It’s a payment app primarily so, please stop popping up an ad over the pay button every time I start it.
Multi language
If can have multi language such as mandarin or bahasa Malay .easy to let elder know how to use.TQ

Too much macam macam just to pay for a parking coupon. Location, confirm, auto deduct, enter pin…….borneo park was sooo much quicker

Disappointing
Consider hiring a new designer for improvements. If there are no merchants within the icon buttons, it’s better to hide them. The advertisement images appear messy and unattractive. Additionally, having a pop-up exit on every page feels like an awkward design choice.
COMPLICATED PAYMENT PROCESS.
Need to use this app to renew my monthly parking access. The problem is, the payment option only to use their ewallet! Where customer first have to top up the ewallet then can pay for the monthly renewal. Why not provide other payments method such as fpx or debit/cdt card? Please improve the payment option. I dont see why i need to add more ewallet apps which i will only use once a month!

Australia App Store Unable to use
Tourist or family members that stay at Australia with App Store location set to Australia unable to install app. Cannot park car at mbks and dbku because cannot install this app when they come back to Kuching. Very stupid decision from app developer for geo block the app (foreign country App Store cannot install app)
