Please update & upgrade your banking apps more faster at internet speed 50-100mbps. So problems & lag for logins & search for functional!!! AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!!!! Think your bit apps should be upgrade more higher specs. OTHERS: please update upgrade ASAP your apps can download PDF bank statements all months for every year. TQ.

Boleh tukar dah kot interface yang lebih menarik dan minimalis

Mohon untuk enhance sistem bagi tujuan download penyata akaun simpanan untuk memudahkan pelanggan tidak hadir ke cawangan. E-Penyata Akaun simpanan seperti bank² pesaing contoh maybank. e-statement mudah untuk semak debit kredit transaksi tidak seperti penyata yang ada dalam irakyat sekarang. Pelaksanaan amalan tanpa kertas (paperless) dapat dicapai.

Apps paling menyusahkan dalam semua apps yg saya pakai. Nk buat payment CC dah masukkan semua detail tekan proceed tak function. Fon punya touch screen ok dah test. Call SC sikit pun tak membantu. Setiap bulan sama je sampai selarang

Can’t even log in into to my account :< been getting abnormal key phrase even though I’ve inserted the correct username thousand times. Called the customer service but they said there’s no issue, and it’s probably because i inserted the wrong username while I’ve been inserting the correct username????

Wdym i have to reset my password back and go to atm machine again to activate the acc? It is very frustrating and annoying as i have to do the work twice.
Problem after updating the app
Have to deal with forget password whenever update the app although I’d put the right password when log in, please admin look up this matter

New app performed much better safety and easy to use. Hope this banking apps continue to upgrade and improving the services to people. Provide another services such as buying gold, direct to ASNB for saving access, create a saving fund for emergency or other purposes.

QR Scan Gagal
Apps BKRM lepas upadate gagal baca QR code dari gambar. Loading nak masuk album. Dah masuk select gambar tak bolej baca. sebelum ini elok je 🙂↔️ Harap ditambah baik sebab bank lain elok je boleh scan walaupan gambar QR code kecik.

Whoever was in charge designing the app should be fired. It is not customer friendly at all

Please update the new version yg boleh download statement bank via online . Tidaklah pelanggan kena ke atm/kaunter untuk mengambil statementbank tersebut lagi-lagi ad cas pengurusan rm10, untuk itu tolong update sistem online untuk mudahkan lagi urusan pelanggan. Tq
If I could give a zero I would
Every single time when I have to pay through FPX, it’ll always say that there’s an error occurred. And I couldn’t even open my iRakyat app. It kept on saying that there’s a problem with my internet when my internet/ mobile data is completely fine. It’s so frustrating. I have to pay for stuff and yet I can’t because my app doesn’t work and I can’t login to my account through FPX. When I tried hours later, only then I can. This boils my blood so much because at the time, I wanted to pay for my flight ticket back home and there’s a time limit but I couldn’t do so because of this stupid issue. Do better please. It’s 2025.

Always a problem when to tap on secure TAC. Loading all the time. You should learn from CIMB and Maybank how to have a good mobile banking apps.
