Worst Banking App – Forced Developer Mode on iOS & Android
I’m very disappointed with the myBSN app. It forces users to disable Developer Mode on both iOS and Android in order to use the banking app. Developer Mode is a legitimate feature provided by the operating systems and is commonly used by developers, IT professionals, and advanced users. Banking security should focus on detecting actual security risks rather than simply blocking users because Developer Mode is enabled. What makes this even more frustrating is that other major banking apps do not force users to disable Developer Mode just to access their banking services. Please reconsider this policy and implement a more reasonable security solution that protects customers without unnecessarily restricting legitimate device functionality. 1 star. Very poor user experience.

Fungsi masih sangat terhad. Banyak servis perkhidmatan dalam apps yang tak tersedia. Bahkan yang asas pun tak tersedia macam bank-bank lain.

Duitnow QR is not active?
I just finish qr at mamak before i went home. I want to qr to rider for sending my stuff and suddenly it takes a really long time to open the qr scanner and it said “duitnow qr is not active. Please login to activate qr” and when i login the app, it buffers a quite longer than usual. And i cant even open qr. And suddenly it says transfer. What is happening????? I’ve been using this app since the first time it got out and never having problem 😭😭😭

Bsn apps take long time for apps service maintenance after 12AM until 2AM still can’t use ..other than that,if we transfer to other account bank 4 digit or more amount the payment not automatic received.hang until 24 hour.. very bad apps management..please upgrade your apps system same like others online banking apps

i can’t use the qr scanner to pay something??????
transfer issue
I got this app bcs the competition that i won cash prize from only transfers to BSN acc. So my teacher helped me registered one. But the problem is why cant i transfer money out???? I cant quick pay or transfer. It says “function disabled” and im having a really hard time since i mostly use ewallet for payment + i have to do transfers which only my BSN acc has money.

When using the app QR function, there seems to be no security checking via biometric or BSN account password
