Can open the App
App not working initially
Unable to proceed after login, keeps saying wrong PAC number for profile check. Had to delete app and download again and register for secure sign. Finally able to get into app. Hope above will help others having same problem.

Hopeless apps frequently facing log in problems. Your IT sucks! What a disgrace for such a service provider.
Very slow app
The app is very slow and content loads up very slow too. FYI i am using iPhone 13 pro max and it’s still slow.

Better for retirement saving with equity fund good portfolio and generate yearly income with bond fund. And also have free takaful PA wow that amazing 👍🏻

Hard to believe that Public Mutual is not improving the system. I read another review which was a year ago. Only improvement is face recognition.
Repurchase function
The repurchase function is not designed in the apps?
One word: SLOW
Slow to start: 8 seconds to start up to login screen Slow to login: No Face ID; No remember login option Slow to dashboard (15 seconds) sometimes never ie. crashes Slow to pull your investment data! Crashes from time to time without app update to fix or support. Hard to believe this is Public Bank’s offering.
