Logging out constantly
In a day, there are multiple or even hundreds of times I get logged out saying that it is experiencing duplicated log ins. Is it not safe or someone keeps logging into my account?
Too many steps to login
When I first used the apps, it is only one step login. Then it took unnecessary button to press login, before it went to the login page. Then there perhaps a security measure to click, and then approve. After approve click another button as done. I am not sure if all those button click is necessary or just to annoy people so people will use less of it. And I am not sure is it only me or is it by design, but all Bursa News when click will appear: Service Unavailable _________________________ HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.
Face ID Login doesn’t work
After logging in with Face ID, the screen stays greyed out and I cannot click anything.
Have bug no surface show
Whenever connect to Time wifi login by using face ID without entering password, nothing was shown after login, only can login by typing password or using digi network, pls resolve this issue!
Secure2trade ? Extra Layer Security? Rubbish Bugs !!!
You guys introduced a new security system in the app several months ago and i just turned that features on. At last,ended up gave me regrets for turned it on. I can’t even log into this app well since i started to using this feature “Secure2Trade” . Sometimes,it works weird! But This time completely not even working at all but not this feature(Secure2trade),this trash security bug features works strange as usual but my app couldn’t even log in at all due to this strange security bugs functions!!! Usually when i tried to log in,it displays a timer for around 50 or 40 seconds and within that period need to press the “approval” button to log in the app but now,it’s just only showing the timer and i couldn’t be able to see the approval or the reject button as well. What on the earth you guys are fixing the bugs every night? On Sunday,the whole days you guys used to notice us that you’re running this app under maintenance but when im seeing these kinds of silly bugs occurring throughout this app,im just wondering what you guys really fixing on it most of the time. Anywhere, help me out with this disaster! Im trying to disable this useless “Secure2trade” features and I can’t able to find any options in this app when i cant log in at the first place! Even previously,i cannot even turned it off but i just leave this problem since it can’t solve it but today it made me stressful when i can’t even log in to this app! I dont need this silly feature anymore! Do something!
Require iPadOS and macOS app too
Kudos to the team that develop the iOS app. Lots of improvement from the previous old iOS app. I would be greatly appreciate the developer team could consider for iPadOS and macOS too.
Not user friendly
can’t set alert as the button hidden below the screen. can’t scroll up.

New watchlist featured folder for each categories. BUT I don’t need the folders and I have to find them one by one in order to view. It’s a good to have features. However, not everyone needs it
Search function and account selection
1) search function When searching stock code “bnastra”, when I key in part of the code “bnas”, nothing found, while it is able to return search results when I key in full stock code “bnastra” Expected: able to search using part of the stock code 2) account selection The account selection keep defaulting to first account after buy/sell, make me to reselect my second account every time after transaction which is very inconvenient Expected: the account selection should maintain after actions Hope to see improvements in the app, have a nice day.
Login
Stupid app developers. 2 stage login instead of 1 approval button press has to go 3 button presses. Even the bank side uses only 1?button press. Stupid waste time when trading needs to be fast.
Can trade but not showing real costs
There is no place showing the transaction costs for buying and selling shares, which form important cost of transactions, unless you buy a larger amount and hold for long term, else this Maybank app is not only costly but also not helpful. Say if you buy RM200 shares, the buy cost is RM13 minimum; then the app show you making profit RM30 and you sell it for RM230, but the buy cost RM13 and sell cost RM13 were not shown in the app, causing misleading information and you literally making marginal RM5 profit. For trade news that pop up, when you click it, it will lead you to log in page and then you need to find it yourself…waste time.

From BAD to WORSE
Another lousy app, not tailored to customer's needs and usage experience. Complicated interface and menus. Most important buy/sell queue layout prices not showed. How to trade on it. Foolish as always
Lack Functionality
I was hoping for more functionality by maybank since this upgrade. Why Cant maybank show the porfolio perfomance YTD, have an option to do a comparison with the preferred benchmark say KLSE or S&P. Please provide a timeframe options when looking at realised gain, so we can see what are the realised gain YTD , past 1 year or even quarterly. Please have some functionality on dividends record as well. So we can have references how much dividends received for the year. This is very basic functions of trading app that’s already available in other platforms such as Saxo & IBKR.
