Slow processing
Funds auto debited from my account on the 5th, didnt receive my funds and got a message instead saying there is a delay, message states amount will reflect on 12th, now the app is showing itll be completed on the 13th. Does it really take 1 whole week for my funds to reflect? Will my account be reimbursed due to the delay?

Good app for beginner to invest
Hi, i’ve been using versa for quite sometimes. It is really friendly user app to navigate and invest, especially when it comes to Shariah Compliant. However, i’ve concerns on the security as it doesn’t require multi-authentication factors to login. As soon as i realised this, i’ve doubt on our investment portfolio. As part of IT geeks, i believe this is mandatory to implement. Hope to hear some feedback from the team 😊
Best option to keep your savings
This platform has the most systematic and security to place your monthly savings either short term or long term, the bonus p.a also high which can help your money grows even you just 'park' your money over there. Really recommended 👍🏼
Cash in taking too much time
Wasted three days and still counting on waiting for the cash to be in my account to start investing .
Frequent updates Not Necessary
I believe frequent updates just to change the look of the app is not necessary. The apps should play a good role in maintaining the functionality rather going for changes on the looks

Fund Manager is not capable
Only Versa Safe is okay when have promotion. Other fund is not performing well, no point buying waste money.
A lot worse than I initially expected
I’ve heard of Versa for quite some time and had been having quite good impressions on it. Recently, I decided to finally open an account and park some of my funds there for regular savings and earn some bonus interests. Surprisingly enough (in the bad way), the account opening process is extremely slow and took so many days to finally have my account opened successfully. After account opened, it took yet another few working days only for my initial RM100 account opening fund to reflect in my account. Total it took about 7-10 working days to get my account opened successfully and RM100 deposited in. Okay, I think I’ve went through all of this and can start using it normally, only to be surprised again that subsequent deposit via FPX (which I suppose to be instant) also requiring 3-5 working days before the fund is reflected in my account. It all took me 10+ days before I finally parked my fund into the Versa Save account, and my new account bonus 5% period already elapsed 10+ days out of 30 days. Second, the saving account, there’s no way you can check the transaction list of your bonus, daily interests and etc. You don’t even know how much you’re earning daily, you need to do subtraction yourself with last day’s balance. Many features in the app are very … weird, lacking, and frequently facing with broken pages. This is really disappointing. Compare to other platforms like WeBull or MooMoo (I know they’re not exactly the same), their deposit and withdrawal timeframe never exceeding 1 working days, most of the time can be even done in the same day or instantly. Tons of improvements needed.

it’s taking minimum 3 days to get my money
no more after this, i couldn’t tolerate this apps for not preventing my money as fast as i want to get it. it’s became an issued when you want to cancel auto payment every time. im gonna say goodbye for this app after i have my money back

Why there is an AI Cartoon keep asking me for more money?? Is really getting annoying. And I don’t need Versa to tell me how much money I should invest or when to invest. Versa is trying too hard to trick me into putting more money in it, is starting to feel like a scam. I want to 2025 version of Versa app back.

Customer Support: REALLY FAST. fast response and fast resolve. Very the best! Personally i love the UI, but 1 thing versa need to consider is the give user access to change/update user’s phone number or email address. For now, i need to email them. Good thing they response really fast hahahah. Good Job Alex!!!
Unable to withdraw
There are bugs and kept showing error to proceed with my withdrawal request

Too many frequent updates. Earnings are not fully transparent and might be misleading to investment newbies, due to its overblown number reporting. Withdrawal takes average 1-2 weeks, which is way longer than other platforms.

Terrible automated e-KYC
One of the worst automated e-KYC, the selfie requires you to match exactly/almost the same on the IC photo which was taken like 8 years ago. You can’t expect people to look almost the same to the IC photo after so many years. Moomoo, FSMone and many other investor apps have way better e-KYC system in this aspect, please improve it as this is the critical path to allow user to further access your application.

- Keeps getting unexpected error when trying to update Auto Debit - Cash out time too long - Keep spamming with irrelevant notifications, but never receive important notification e.g. new quests - Poor presentation of return - Awful UX and long processing time for bank account and auto debit update
