BEWARE MONEY LAUNDERING APP
This app should be removed from the App Store , they will not refund your money added to wallet despite mentioning that they will. Support is a bunch of clowns always asking personal informations but does not assist or solve any issues

Unable to add foreign Debit/ Credit cards.
Used to use boost alot, but lately unable to add My debit card to top up my Boost E wallet. Hence you've lost yourself a user
Payment interrupted by update request
There was a few times when I was about to make payment at the counter the app asked me to update. Without the update I couldn’t proceed. The hustle discouraged me from using it.

love the apps. easy to use. easy to pay. but would be nice if they could have more party to pay. bcs as for me i use maxis line and maxis home fibre. but cant pay using boost. also the electric bills. But overall it is still one of the best e-wallet apps!!!!

Always signs out on its own and it takes ages to sign in again (especially on weekends). Login is extremely slow on weekends too

Worst App
This e-wallet is the worst e-wallet I have used. Cannot collect boost star after mission have been completed. Always not be able to make merchant payment properly. Always show error message. Very disappointed and make me lose confidence to continue using it. Please update and advance your app before launch it to market.
Randomly signs out just before payment !
It randomly signs out just before I want to make payment. Makes payment delayed at the counter and cashier and queue frustrated

It used to work fine. But now it asks me to sign in almost every time I use the app. When this happens as I'm trying to pay, it makes everyone queueing behind me wait 😕

Cannot register with SG phone number
My Msia mobile number was gone last year and I cannot retrieve my boost e-wallet account anymore. I cannot register my boost account using SG mobile number. Business model for boost is not sustainable.

Malaysian living abroad. This app is good but could be better. It’s not friendly if you’re not in Malaysia. Can’t top up unless your credit or debit card don’t have 3D secure. I have Sarawak Pay and it allows me to top up using my non Malaysian debit card. Go figure, I tot West Malaysia would’ve been more advance but clearly I was mistaken. Fix this and you’ll have more users. Make it accessible to foreigners who’s traveling into Malaysia. Do I expect the developer to reply to my review! Doubt it.

Can’t even loading to the Mission page to complete, please update your app please. Furthermore, for the TOP up for prepaid also fail. For the company if really Wan expand ur market pls invest more time on ur apps. Especially the developer of the app. Lousy app even I used! !!!

3-1-2022, deleted boost and reinstalled and I still get Update App . Why is this ? Can someone reply

Use app buy online bus ticket,after choose the seat then continue,the app process until bus departure still process.
Promotion notification
Cannot select multiple promotion notification to clear them all, need to open one by one which is very not user friendly.
Top up failed
fail top up, end up with empty e wallet to make any payment. Back to more reliable way by paying with credit card that failed top up to boost ewallet A lot of effort to make the app attractive but terrible or not reliable basic functions to enable user to top up. Make sure you bring cash or credit cards even you have boost!!

Lousy app, cant even key in my TM bill to make payment.
Not user friendly for ePenjana wallet
Have been credited with RM50 from ePenjana but Boost app doesn’t allow paying with ePenjana at physical stores that accept Boost.

Unifi mobile no is have extra 1digit Malaysia mobile no +60 123456789 Malaysia Unifi no +60 1234567890 I am not getting OTP after key in unifi mobile no.
Probably the lousiest E-wallet we got.
It’s useless and at the same time freaking much limitations. Pls don’t use this.
